The property was beautiful and they were very accommodating to my accessibility needs. The only complaint I had was that the room smelled like perfume when I arrived, but that was not the hotel’s fault. I opened the window and it got a lot better.!

Great stay in Venice in this hotel, friendly staff who were super nice with our 1 y-o baby, great breakfast, very italian (romantic / baroque) design of the hotel and the room, and great location (10 min from the train station and 15-ish min from the Rialto bridge) and halfway between two bus-boat (vaporetto) station

Quiet neighborhood

They are very flexible in check-in check-out. The service people are nice and professional. The location is excellent: walk to the train station with 15 min.
-
The location is nice - very quiet area, but central enough. The room size is convenient and we really enjoyed that the room was soundproof - we haven’t heard anything. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good.

Beautiful rooms. Exactly as pictured. Great location, staff were wonderful and informative. Every thing on the breakfast buffet was cold.

We had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was clean, a bathroom was spacious, there were no problems with the central heating (we were in the middle of December), the staff was kind. We also liked the location: nearby streets were not crowded by tourists, there were a lot of small good restarauts, 10 mins walking distance from the bus/train station. It was a real Venice for us.

I didn’t know that the door to the hotel locks in the middle of the day. We went back to the hotel in a hurry to use the washroom and the doors were locked, we rang the doorbell a few times… waited several minutes for someone to come to the door to open. All things considered, it did the trick. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom, okay breakfast.

We stayed for two nights (15–17 September) in room 101. The hotel was amazing — staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The red room was spacious and beautifully arranged, with daily cleaning service. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal: only a 3-minute walk from the waterbus station, with quiet streets, a Coop supermarket around the corner, and several local restaurants offering delicious Italian food and desserts like homemade tiramisu. There was really nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The room was very comfortable. We were on 3rd floor and had a skylight. AC was lovely as well. Enjoyed being away from tourist center of town. So convenient to San Stae station for vaporetto. Lovely breakfast.

What a lovely hotel with such nice rooms and amazingly priced! Nothing!
-
Beautiful, ornate room felt Venetian☺️ Murano chandeliers were also very beautiful. The red room felt a bit too dark and black chandeliers although gorgeous also made the room feel lair like. But still impressive in its own way.
-
We booked the “suite” and it was perfectly spacious! The location was great, quiet and the woman at the front desk pointed us in the direction of more “local” restaurants that were absolutely incredible! Nothing - loved everything!

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood — perfect for a morning walk when the streets are still calm. It’s within walking distance to the train and bus stations, and easily accessible to all districts depending on your preferences. It’s also just a two-minute walk to the Vaporetto station, so everything is very conveniently located. The beds and pillows were absolutely amazing — so comfortable! We actually liked the room even more than we expected from the photos. The breakfast was simple but nice, and I must highlight that the coffee was excellent! The staff were friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and truly liked the hotel.

Good location, just a bit hard to find following the Google maps. Nice shower and toilet size. Comfortable bed. Ground floor apartment so no windows
