Campiello Zen is THE most beautiful place to stay. If you’re looking for a fabulous location, a beautiful historic building with a stunning interior, look no further! We were made to feel at home from the moment we stepped in. It was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable~just what you need after travelling. Susanna and Andrea have literally thought of everything you could possibly need, communication was fantastic. Susanna helped us to plan our trips and booked tables for us at delicious restaurants. Being able to use an extremely well stocked kitchen was such a bonus! Thank you so much Susanna and Andrea ? Nothing

Loved the quiet local area after being around lots of people during the day. So many places to eat and drink nearby.

Great location close to the railway station. Felt like staying with friends. Andrea gave us great tourist advice. Everything was perfect.

Amazing place and great hospitality!!! Perfect location to visit Venice, close to transport, in a peaceful area, near great eating places off the tourist crowds. Andrea is the perfect host and more professional than many hotel staff. He gave us great tips for visiting and eating. I highly recommend this place and we will go back to it whenever we visit Venice again ?

The B&B is located inside a very old, beautiful building, which is by itself worth the prize. But there's much more! Both the room and the bathroom are much more spacious than usual; the hosts - among the highlights of our stay - are extremely kind and go out of their way with suggestions and any help you might need; you get included coupons for a full breakfast everyday in near high quality pastry shops, and there are plenty of snacks and drinks included both in your room and in the common areas - you can easily prepare snacks or sandwiches for your daily tours in Venice. Amazing experience, highly recommended!

Easy location to get to (15 min walk from main bus station) and the rooms were really nice. For the price and the fact that it's called a B&B, I would have expected an actual prepared breakfast each morning. Instead, we were given vouchers to use at a nearby cafe for 1 pastry + coffee. They have a refrigerator supplied with snacks too. But like I said, given the price I paid for a B&B, I would have expected a bit nicer experience there.

The place was very clean and spacious and with excellent attention. Andrea helped us a lot with key places to discover. Breakfast was very good; with different things to choose. Self Service with good quality. And even they gave you vouchers to have a coffee + croissant + juice in an option of 2 different Pasticcerias Nothing

The host, Andrea was fabulous. Helped me enormously with side trip details. The facility is absolutely lovely. Was more expensive than I had hoped but I don’t regret booking it - it made my stay so memorable. The fact that I was able to store my luggage and use the bathroom after check- out was of invaluable help. No complaints.

Our host was very helpful and went to great lengths to make sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect location ! Quiet street-loved being back in a neighborhood and out of the crowds. Spotless, comfortable bed, great AC, superb bathroom amenities. Our favorite part was sitting on the terrace in the mornings with coffee and in the evenings with Wine!

This place is amazing! One stop with the vaporetto from the train station, with no crowds around and an easy walk everywhere. Loved the home feeling, the nice veranda, the kitchen where you can have a snack or a coffee and the great taste. The staff is amazing, helpful and welcoming. The room is big and fully equipped. One thing to notice is that it is on the first floor with quite some stairs. For some people it can be challenging to get there with their luggage.
