B&B Vista sul Canal Grande

Overall our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in the Attic, it had plenty of space for us to spread out and having air conditioning visiting Venice in early July was a relief! The owner was fantastic, very friendly and wanted to meet all our needs. The included breakfast served to our room was a great way to start each day. She was even kind enough to serve us earlier than normal our last morning due to having to catch an earlier train. Highly recommend! Nothing to note.

We absolutely loved the location, easy to take a water taxi from the main parking garage right to the B&B. The host were exceptionally responsive and very kind. We were traveling with our daughters 10 & 12 and they also loved the room and the two sweet kitties living on property. Room was spacious with large en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. The views of the grand canal were spectacular, exactly what I dreamed of.

After we learned about the water bus schedule, it was very close to a stop. In general, it is very confusing to get from the airport, to anywhere in Venice without spending a small fortune. Host very friendly and helpful, nice large room with partial view of grand canal. Lovely garden. Including some hot items with breakfast.

Perfectly located property making it super convenient to travel around the canals by either foot or water taxi. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating with lots of useful information and suggestions about the area.

Beautiful historical B&B! Host were lovely, accommodating and helpful. Our room was the Attic Room. Large, spacious and perfect! Breakfast served in your room! Great views! 10 min walk from the train station. We will return! At times the Canal noise could be heard - but you’re in Venice and that is expected!

It was a great location with great views. Being on the grand canal there was some increased noise due to boat traffic but we were all able to sleep well.

The location of the property is excellent, only 15 mins away from the main attractions, and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. None, no problems at all!

The View from the room was Amazing.....no question...it could be the biggest room in Venice. Also the location is so close to Boat Station Riva de Biasio that walking is negligible. The Host in an amazing lady with superb attention to detail and breakfast service in the room is a delight with an amazing presentation. I would love to visit the place again. Nothing I can think of....Place is so booked in advance that I wish I can book again

We took the Suite Room. Very big room for 4 persons. Bathroom is spacious. Waterbus station is very close (2 minutes). Just 1 stop from the main train station (Santa Lucia)

If you take the Alilaguna from the airport, it requires an 8 minute walk. Otherwise there are vaporetto stops a couple hundred metres from the property.

The property had everything you could need for Venice. The host has great attention to detail and served a wonderful breakfast that was beautifully presented on a rolling cart. She was super accommodating and responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Venice. I can’t say there is anything we didn’t like.

Great location, easy to get to, next to the vaporetto stop, walking distance from the train station AC was “weak” (we put it to 65 but it didn’t go below 77-78), the room was hot. The room felt crumped for the family of 4

Check in was easy. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast was great and was delivered to our room on a cart. So lovely! See pic. Very comfy room for 3 people. Quiet location and close to authentic Bacaros and Vaporetto. There was a bridge to cross with many stairs from the train station to get to the B&B. I also thought we were going to have a better view of the canal from our room.

Beautiful big room, great views, very nice bath. The elevator was the best part!!! The bed and pillows were uncomfortable for me. The towels were very rough. The noise outside goes on all night. Honestly I barely slept due to that combination. Lovely place if you can sleep through noise.

Clean, excellent customer service, comfortable

Good location. Easy walk from the train station and good base for exploring all the main attractions. Lift to the third floor so no lugging bags upstairs. There is a water taxi stand in front of the apartment for the vaperetto, which will take you all over Venice. Room was clean and comfortable and a nice continental breakfast of cured meats, cheese and croissants.
