Location to the train station. Super clean. Quiet, curtains are blackout, handy for sleeping. No lift for luggage. May be standard for Venice though

Centrally located Bathroom old, really not good enough for a hotel. Everything in the room has seen better days. Stairs up to the second floor, narrow, without any handrail.

Location was easy to find and close to the city's trains and Busses, breakfast was decent, close to restaurants, grocery store. Staff was friendly and helpful Room was not very clean, bedsheets smelled moldy, walls had infiltrations, bathtub was slippery to my 85-year-old mother, the drain was clogged, and showerhead is too low.

breakfast is excellent. The bathroom is outside the room and nor adjacent too much hazzle the bathroom shower was clogged. No elevator and I’m disable.

The room was fine. Nice sized and close to the Grand Canal. It has no reception area (reception is at a different hotel down the street)… which is a bit off putting. Worse tho was the lack of elevator/lift. Not bad if you are traveling light, but for a couple in their 70’s with 3 full sized suitcases it was very difficult.

The room was good and the location was very good for accessing and getting to know the city. Good breakfast. The reception for check in and breakfast is in another hotel, which seems inconvenient.

A big room and clean. Location is very near to Venice Santa Lucia station.

I stayed one night in this hotel with my parents and everything were great. Especially the location was perfect.

The rooms were spacious, it's in a good location - close to the bus stop, a little further from the square, but you can easily get there even on foot. The breakfast we had to go to the other hotel for was up to standard. I didn't like that the hotel reception wasn't working and we had to go to another hotel to check us in and give us keys, and that breakfast was served at the other hotel. The furnishings in the rooms were, to put it mildly, Renaissance. The room was large, but the bathroom was too small and with the shower cabin it became even narrower.
