The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious with so much variety. The lobby was beautiful. The room was small and the air conditioning was minimal.

Great location near the train station. Breakfast is large and includes hot food; it seems to cater to every taste in this cosmopolitan city. Room is large, not just by European standards, it’s large. Staff is unfailingly gracious. Property includes a large indoor courtyard. It’s hard to assess value, especially in Venice, where everything is justifiably more costly. Perhaps it was just a bit of a splurge. If so, a lot of tourists were willing to splurge…

Room sizes are very small for a family of 3 with a kid, otherwise everything else is almost alright

Very friendly staff, charming hotel as a monastery previously! Great location, very close to the train station. Great breakfast too! You can also storage your luggage, very safe! We stayed in a triple room, a bit small and the bathroom doesn’t have curtains for the shower

It was beautiful, unique and the service was top-notch! Nothing!

Twin room beds were too close, like 1 ft away from each other which was a bit awkward. Tiny shower in the hallway with no privacy unless other persons agree to stay in the bedroom behind the sliding door (which also doesn't close fully).

Breakfast has large selection. Location was great and near sta lucia train station? None. We were satisfied with out hotel expectations.
