Breakfast was quite good and Location quite difficult especially if you are first time in Venice. Would have been a sign from the Main street. But from the water Transportation very convenient from the Hotel. All in all value for Money.

The front desk were very nice. The air conditioner in one of the rooms wasn’t cooling enough and the A/C control panel had no label on it to tell you which way is on or off, cool or heat and when asked the front desk person he didn’t know either because it wasn’t label so that was no used. The older lighter skin lady was very rude in the kitchen where they offer breakfast. Giving us attitude because we asked for a towel to clean the mess that another person spilled coffee everywhere and got hot coffee on my sister n law. To top it off beds were very uncomfortable because they’re all roll away beds.

    Location Very tiny lift

Only the location of the hotel was good, as it is close to the station. And the bath ... Absolutely nothing else." Everything else was a disaster. We booked for a family with 2 young children, but the room (Room 2) was totally unacceptable for €162 a night. Broken promises: We were promised hot water before booking, but the night receptionist argued with us, shook his head, and questioned why we needed it. We were also promised breakfast boxes for our early check-out. In the morning, the owner completely ignored us, didn't even look at our faces, and didn't hand them to us. When we complained, they shamelessly said 'you didn't ask for them'—as if guests should beg for the breakfast they already paid for! Terrible room conditions: There were only 2 chairs and a tiny table for 4 people. The wardrobe was completely locked/broken and unusable. No basic amenities: There were no drinking glasses in the room (contrary to their official Booking.com photos), and the only bedding was a paper-thin sheet under the cold air conditioning, leaving us freezing. Highly unprofessional staff and misleading photos. Avoid this place!"

Breakfast service: our allotted time slot was between 9:00 am to 9:30 am. When we were there at 9 am, pancakes were not available. The host wasn’t very responsive. We have kids. Despite requests for pancakes, she was very resistant. Would recommend earlier breakfast slots, if you want full service

Good breakfast and spartan rooms. Shower is very tight.

The location and the people working there, absolute class act , sweet, knowledgeable, funny, professional

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Location - right off the train station - couldn’t ask for better. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast was beyond what we were expecting. Nothing.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The breakfast was fine, the rooms are generally ok but sometimes the cleanliness is lacking. The staff is friendly and will help in case of any trouble, whether we needed new towels or help with something. Be careful about opening windows and have something against mosquitos in the room! As the accommodation is on the Island itself, there's a lot of mosquitos making it hard to sleep. The noise in the hotel can also be heard through close doors, so if you are a light sleeper, this might spell trouble for you. Check your towels and sheets before using to make sure they were cleaned properly Have something against mosquitos Have something for sleeping if you are a light sleeper (everything outside the room can be heard through closed doors)

Since I only needed the hotel for an overnight stay and to be close to the train station, it worked well for my needs.

  • Engine customer May 2026

Facilities were somewhat worn, air conditioner not performing at peak, some noise from street/path below, but I still had a great sleep in room 306 (end of the hall), hot shower and good breakfast

  • Engine customer May 2026

We could hear people from outside sometimes, thankfully the streets weren’t crowded at night so it didn’t bother our sleep.

  • Engine customer May 2026

    Outdated but comfortable

Easy to access from main railway station
