It had the look and feel of luxury without the price. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very gracious. I really liked the location, as it was close to the train station, but yet far enough away from the tourist crowd. The staff maintained communication with us before our arrival, and gave us great directions as to how to arrive at the hotel from Venice Treviso airport. Our room was right next to a commonly used street, so we could hear people walking, talking, and dragged their wheeled suitcases late at night. We liked to sleep with the windows open, but the windows have no screens which invited mosquitos.

The location was perfect—close to everything yet wonderfully quiet, which made it easy to rest. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit, and their hospitality made the experience even better.” My stay had some challenges. There were multiple mosquitos in the room throughout my visit, which made it difficult to relax. I also wasn’t able to adjust the AC to a comfortable temperature, so the room never felt quite right. These issues affected the overall experience, but not a deal breaker.

Location, Location, location. Was about 10min walk to train, main bus area, down the block of a major road, completely safe, soo many options to eat, shop, grab a gondula & site see. Breakfast was sufficient & they called us a luggage porter during checkout so we didnt have to carry bags in the heat. Water was always hot & bathroom was a decent size. Streaming svc available on TV. A.C.works. Happy overall. Building, rooms/furniture is dated, no fridge/microwave, & rm is small, but that was to be expected. Most places are. AC could have been colder for me or allowed to lower,but it worked and we slept fine..

It is very close to the train station We got a double and a triple room, the double was ok, just the bathroom floor was coming loose. The triple had some insects, the air conditioning was not working, and when my sister looked for help with the staff, the guy was really rude to her. For the price I really do not recommend to stay there.

Convenient to train and reasonably price restaurants The hotel is very dated. Old. Breakfast was just ok.

The breakfast had eggs, meat, breads. We eat gluten free and they provided gluten free options. The staff let us store our luggage after checkout so we could sight-see a bit more until we needed to take the train. The hotel is clean and close to the train station.

Very near the Venice attractions & not very far from where the taxis & bus stations are located. I can’t think of something that I don’t like. They have no elevator but I requested to stay on the ground floor & it was granted.

The property is generally in old conditions. It has no elevator so have to lift the luggage yourself to the room.

The location was perfect, quiet and easy to get to the train. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff were wonderful.

Great location and very friendly staff No elevator. For someone younger than 73 that’s probably not an issue. Breakfast was just ok.
