Il Mercante Di Venezia Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Navona Hotel II Mercante di Venzia. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit, always friendly and available whenever we needed assistance. The location is outstanding and one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s main tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without relying on public transportation. Our room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and fast, reliable WiFi, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Hotel II Mercante di Venzia to anyone visiting Rome. We would gladly stay here again!

The front desk staff is awesome. Always happy and cheerful which gives you a great start of your day. Room services was great and location great. Nothing to dislike but maybe more selection for breakfast. For the price and location. This is a great value.

Walking distance from transit; earlier than normal check-in (1pm) Luggage storage area seemed insecure; breakfast was not robust

Very helpful and friendly staff. Show us the route of the ferry to the island hopping. Good location as it near to the train station. Good breakfast. bathroom a bit small.

I did not like that there was not coffee machine

The room es little but comfortable, is like a family hotel. The location is perfect , nea to train station Santa Lucia I think every thing is ok because isa little hotel

The proximity to the water buses and the train station. It was in a quiet location. Hotel staff was excellent. No ice machine

Conveniently located close to train and bus station. Very nice receptionist. Breakfast was fine. Room was very tight for 4 people.

The room was a little warm. The a/c was off for the season and so we had to open windows as it was cool outside. But, that allowed mosquitoes into our room.

Clean, great location near the train, friendly & helpful staff. Decent for the price and convenience to train. The breakfast is very basic with not many hot item options, the cleaning staff kept opening the window in our room and let mosquitoes in.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room/bathroom was clean, breakfast was convenient and items provided were highly satisfactory. The location was a short walk from our cruise transfer location.

Great location! We were able to store our bags before check in and after checkout, which give us enough freedom to explore Venice. Thank you! Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main station and only about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the city center and most attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making it a convenient and pleasant stay. If you are looking for a good location and clean hotel, so this hotel is good. The breakfast was disappointing compared to other 3-star hotels. The selection was very limited, no eggs, and the ham and cheese were brought directly from the kitchen with only two slices of cheese provided for two people. I think the breakfast could be improved with more variety and quantity. I ended up to have my breakfast outside of the hotel.
