La habitación no enfría lo suficiente , o el aire acondicionado estaba dañado o estaba programado a no bajar la temperatura deseada y hacía mucho calor.

The second set of rooms were clean and fine. First of all I asked for rooms close together and booked with enough time yet this request was not really honored. Secondly, the rooms that we were given one of them 303 smelled like sewage. When I went downstairs and informed front desk staff I was told to just deal with it that this happens in Venice. I put my foot down and after my persistence she gave me 2 other rooms in a sister hotel with no elevator. I was appalled that a change in room was not her first suggestion instead to tell people to just deal with it should not be the stance of a good hotel or its staff.

Place was clean and very close to ferocity and next to train station which made very convenient for the older couples Liked the property

We purposely booked something right by the train station because we were only staying in Venice for one night and didn't want to waste time and money getting our bags across a city without cars. This lovely little hotel was very quiet and clean and exceeded my expectations.

Our room was extremely warm and we suspect the air conditioning was not working properly…. The room was very small and we barely had enough space for our luggage.

Great breakfast, easy checking in, super location. Nothing!

Central, welcoming, comfortable.

Great location The AC was not working and when we asked about it they said just open a window. The window didn’t have a screen so we got mosquitos in the room. They said someone would stop by in the morning to look at it but we were only getting be there one night. Eventually my husband went to the front desk to see if they could move us or something and they gave him a portable fan. Not the greatest concern for our situation and no discount either due to booking through a 3rd party. I don’t usually write reviews but they really didn’t care.

Loved the location and the room was very nice. I would highly recommend!

Great location near train station and water taxi. The area felt like a neighborhood where we could eat and shop. Breakfast had a lot of choices. We were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out. The breakfast area was very small and crowded. Mini fridge was empty when we arrived, when some water would have been nice.

The hotel is 200m from the station and 100m from the boats that serve the Grand Canal. There is a huge number of places to eat and the choice is almost too difficult to make. The hotel breakfast offers a good choice to add uel for the day ahead. Nothing really.

Very clean, located very near to the train station, great staff, good suggestions for dining. A small quiet place for sleeping. Secure Gave us a box breakfast for our train since we checked out before breakfast The bathroom could have had more counter space

The location was fantastic. Just a few minutes walk from train station. No bridges to cross. It was quiet. Bed comfy and such a good base to discover Venice.

Location was great. Windows out to Main Street. Nice rooms.

Location N/A

Perfect location at arrival to Venice. No carrying bags all around and close to the main start of walking Venice. Property is clean and spacious rooms. It's a little crowded in hallways with maids and what not but who really cares since you are mostly out in town.

It’s well located, pretty close to the train station which helped with the luggage. Also the breakfast is really good and the shower is good. The bed is not too comfy because they turned two single bed into one large bed, not a problem, but just to be aware.

Location was convenient, super close to train station and also 10min walk from Piazzale di Roma. Heating was working very well. Staff was nice, reception available 24/7 and I suppose it was a good value for money, considering the crazy prices around Carnival time in Venice. Rooms are not very sound isolating, meaning you can here the noise from next or upper rooms e.g. if someone turns on shower, speaks loud, stomps, etc. The mattresses were hard so can’t say that we slept very comfortably. Also blankets were not really blankets but some wool blended throws covered in bed sheets, but not fully covered. It was a bit itchy feeling if while sleeping you touched the uncovered part accidentally.

Nothing. Absolutely terrible place. Very cold room. No heat in the winter. The thermostat didn’t respond. Only blankets and no comforter. I had to alway in sweatpants. The blinds don’t close all the way. Walls are paper thin. You can hear someone taking a piss and flushing toilet. Finally rude guy at the reception.

The windows wouldn't stay open. The bathroom was very narrow and crowded. One day of my stay they had a sewer problem that was so awful I couldn't be in the room for several hours.
