Location was great. Not on the main canal however on a canal which means you can get a water taxi to your landing. (Front Door).We didn't as the water bus No 1 (public Transport) stops about 200 metres from the accommodation., an easy walk. Easy to get to main attractions walking although make sure you have a map to guide you. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable. and room was ok. Had a view of a courtyard not a canal, lots of light and window treatments to stop any noise. Very quiet. Bathroom was great size and shower was hot. Most important was the overall cleanliness of the place. Finding a restaurant nearby that wasn't going to rip you off.

We were charged an additional €10 for requesting just one extra hour for checkout. This is the first time I've ever been charged for a late checkout, especially considering the standard checkout time was 11:00 a.m. and we left at 12:00 p.m.

The breakfast is very generous and cheap! The room was super cosy and very new with all the amenities. Nothing!

The place was immaculate. The cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Everything seemed like it was recently renovated so everything seemed brand new. The view we got from the room was breathtaking. The entry of the place seemed a little sketchy and old, but once we got to our room everything was beautiful!

Breakfast was great. The larger room was beautiful. The smaller room was SMALLLLLL and also on the canal. It was great for my in-laws. But I am rather annoyed I had to pay extra for my larger room to be on the canal and I paid less for the other room because I specifically choose for it to not be on the canal but it was. It worked out but being the one paying the bill that bothered me.

It was a nice spot with a small restaurant square nearby plus on the road there from the train station, a public spot with more sweet treats. It was a clean area and near a taxi boat to get you to the other islands. It was great, no complaints.

Friendly staff and great location Room had a specific smell

Beautiful hotel and good quiet location next to a canal. Lovely room design (got upgraded, read the didn't like section). When we arrived we first got a room below a room renovation on the floor above, there was construction dust falling from the ceiling from the vibration. Luckily the staff moved us to a better room. All good from there.

We loved this hotel. Our room was beautiful, with windows opening onto the canal. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and very good coffee. Quieter section of the island, but still close to everything... and of course, you are in Venice which is spectacular.

Convenient, clean, quiet, and well located—had a large renovated room (suite) and very good breakfast.

A spotless hotel with a canal view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s very easy to reach here from the train station. The bed is super comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Thank you very much!

Location was easy to access from airport water bus stop. Room appeared newly furnished in attractive modern style. Small but lovely bathroom with beautiful tile and nice rainfall shower head. Reception staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. View from the room wasn't very inspiring, but beyond hotels control.

Small lobby where we also stored our luggage. It was safe though.
