The hotel is truly exquisite, boasting a 14th-century aesthetic, authentic and distinctive artwork, and comfortable furnishings in the lobby. The breakfast, while not surpassing the Brazilian standard I am accustomed to, was quite satisfying, featuring fresh fruit, a good selection of bread, homemade cakes, and yogurt. The staff was remarkably helpful and courteous, even when we encountered an issue with our hairdryer. A notable advantage was the air conditioning, which was powerful and individually adjustable. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat from the crowds while remaining conveniently close to the dock and the vaporetto. Furthermore, it was a pleasant 10-minute stroll to San Marco Square for those who enjoy walking. My primary concern was regarding the bathroom, which I found to be a bit compact. There was no designated space for toiletries, nor were there hooks available for towels. Within the shower stalls, it was necessary to place shampoo and other items on the floor, which could be quite inconvenient, especially for individuals experiencing back pain.

Lovely property with peaceful courtyard and spacious family room. Really enjoyed the location as well as the filtered water refill station, nice breakfast, pool and pool table. Best AC we had in Europe!

It was clean and easy to get to Hard to shower in that setup - water goes everywhere

We had the most magical stay at the Giorgione. The hotel itself is charming and was perfect for our family. The breakfast was AMAZING and not to be missed. The property is well maintained and interesting to wander around- so much history and art on display. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of amenities and still centrally located for sightseeing, shopping etc. This is really a personal preference, the air conditioner was extremely loud and I think maybe we would have preferred to open the windows.

We loved our room and patio area! And the Breakfast was wonderful! Only negative was having to reserve time blocks prior to 2pm for pool time for my kiddo.

Breakfast was excellent! Considering the ferries were on strike the day we were there, we were able to walk where we wanted to go from the hotel. The bathroom is small but we found that quite common in Italy.

nice amenities, but many rules. You need to book the pool time for 30 min. Some of the best parts of a trip are meeting people at the hotel and this negates that. They should allow more than 4 to sit near the pool.

I booked it for what looked like a hot tub, but it was an unheated very small pool. Rooms were very small and felt very old.

Easy to access, great location, beautiful hotel and fabulous staff!

The stuff was nice , the hotel is pretty old, but beautiful , the location is good. I didn’t like the bed , was very low, and the blanket is very thin, not very comfortable room. The breakfast was mediocre. You need to ask for good coffee at the breakfasts otherwise you stuck with machine bad coffee.

Breakfast was very well done. Shower was difficult to use ans the partition between tub and shower did not protect the bathroom floor from being doused with water - made it tricky!

Location was in a quiet but really easy to get to area. The room had an AC unit that you could control even in March where all other places have AC Turned off. Very well kept and wonderful staff. Breakfast was okay

It was easy to get to by water taxi, with a short walk from the drop off spot….even with a large suitcase and a carry on. We had to leave at 4:00 am, the front desk attendant helped us arrange a water taxi directly to the airport…so helpful and convenient. The attendant also called a local restaurant and made reservations for us….very appreciated. We will definitely stay there again, if we make it back there, and would highly recommend. Nothing!

Pick this Hotel!!! Best location in Venice, near to everything you need. They gave us a room upgrade and we are so gratefull! Clean, comfy, idilyc hotel. Photo worthy! Also breakfast is great and has varieties. They even put my ice packs in the hotel freezer for my medications on the day we checked out so that I have cold for the airport. /

Hotel is located on a calm street just nearby to the main trading streets. The hotel uses its old ancestry - investments into pieces of old furniture and vitrines full of porcelain all around communal areas. The room was renovated, and clean. Maybe that was the idea, and this is the way Venice always looked, but the gold coated tissues reminded me of Indian market at the Gare du Nord in Paris. The hotel needs to repair the tissues used in the interiors of the lobby and corridors. The lobby restaurant smells tobacco. The Queen size bed's mattress had the hill in between two hollows. Some of these tissues needs to be properly cleaned or changed. If the staff wears velvet liveries, the clothes needs to be ideally ironed, otherwise it looks awkward. Staff is helpful, but not welcoming. The child threw a toy upon the bathroom roof. It was super dusty up there, where the cleaning is irregular. It was funny to see the motel-style small TV in the good and quite spacious room.
