Really welcoming staff. Great location, close to excellent restaurants and public transportation, while remaining quiet with no noise from outside. Clean and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and tasteful decor. Would definitely come back. The only genuinely negative thing I experienced was the water pressure, which was probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. Showers took about twice as long as usual. Other issue is the mosquitoes but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself, it's an overall Venice problem. Just keep your windows closed. Though it would be nice if they had window screens so we could get fresh air without getting AC sick.

Everything. Perfect stay. The room had everything you needed. The location was great and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. The staff were very helpful and friendly The lock to the rooms door was a little tricky

The attendant waited all night for us when our day went from 3 hours of travel to 12. The room had tons of space and 2 mirrors a huge plus!! Room had a great view Bedding was not the cleanest finding some stains but otherwise was good! Heated towel rack is a great touch

The location was absolutely perfect. We got the room with the canal view and it is 100% worth it. The room was significantly larger than most of the hotel rooms I've stayed in while in Europe and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

They were incredibly kind and helpful. They guided us to some great local restaurants, and the room was simply lovely. Shower doors were not working properly, but except this, everything was good.

Close to the main attractions, water bus, private and quiet. The cleaning staff was excellent. We didn’t have a view of the canal. Also the room pictures was not the same as the booking pictures. We expected to have a coffee maker and tea.

The initial walk to the hotel from the railway station is pretty hefty if you have luggage, about 22 minutes out and many stairs. But it's worth it. Plus, it's nearby a water shuttle line that takes you to the airport when it's time to leave!

The room is very comfortable and cute. And the location is perfect, it’s stationed in a peaceful street, away of crowds but you are just 5 min away from Rialto Bridge and other main locations are near. Neighborhood is extremely charming with lot of cafes and restaurants.
