Excellent hosts very very helpful Nice quiet area within easy walking distance of all we wanted to see

The location was excellent, very central, with easy access to everything I needed. There were fruit markets, convenience stores, and even a great restaurant just steps away. Most places I wanted to visit were within a comfortable 15-minute walk, which made exploring Venice very convenient. I also appreciated how secure the property felt, even with the self check-in process. The instructions were clear, and it was very easy to locate from the water taxi stop using Google Maps. The staff were thoughtful and accommodating. They offered complimentary breakfast and were helpful with arranging a water taxi for my departure. Housekeeping was also very attentive throughout my stay. Overall, a lovely and seamless stay. My arrival was later in the evening, so I had to carry my luggage myself via the stairs due to the self check-in, but this was kindly offset with complimentary breakfast and didn’t take away from the experience.

Close to all of the popular sites, but yet in a quiet section of the city.

Good, quite Location, a few minutes away from Railto Bridge and close to the Water bus to the airport. Beautiful Spacious and clean room with a very comfy bed and all the amenities you would need for a great stay. Andrea was very responsive to communication and allowed us to store our luggage at reception until we left Venice. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall very happy with the property, shower was very small.

The front desk guy was helpful with directions and a map. Hotel has great charm. lots of stairs tho, pack light.

The location and decoration are really good. Close to the boat to the airport which is amazing!

Very clean, small room but nice and cosy, good big bed, nice bathroom with everything you need. A bit cold in the room because the only radiator I saw was in the bathroom. But it was ok. Close to( 4 min walk) Fte Nove A traghetto station from where you can go to Murano, Burano. 7 min walk to Rialto, 15 to San Marco. ( If you re interested in the main touristic spots, we were not, this time).

Room was comfortable, staff friendly and the hotel is perfectly located - close to the water bus and attractions, yet tucked in a small, tourist free street.

The hotel was in a very quiet neighborhood. It was just 15΄ from St. Mark's Square. We stayed at S. Paolo room. There was a coffee machine in the room and a water kettle for tea. Also there is a COOP market near Apostoli Palace. Everything was perfect. We will stay at Apostoli Palace again. Thank you very much.

Location No breakfast included

Beautiful property with a small reception. Decent size room beautifully decorated (not overly done as some other comparable places) with a large bathroom. Sparkling clean, with lots of light thanks to two large windows. There is a fridge, a nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Toiletries and slippers are provided. We particularly appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier and the possibility of storing our bags there after checkout. We will definitely be back! Nothing

Great cosy hotel in the lovely district of Cannaregio. Great location for visiting. Close to everything but not too crowded. The bed was sooo comfortable and the hotel very calm. We slept so well. It was very clean. We would definitely come back. Everything was great.
