Location, good breakfast and comfortable bed Nothing

The location and the hotel are amazing. And the breakfast was a wonderful surprise. Everything was great. The shower had a bit of mold which was too bad but otherwise very clean with great towels linens and air conditioning.

Everything was great. Location is perfect, close to the Dock. The Whole hotel is new and clean, amazing staff and breakfast.

Very good and helpful staff, nice location

The location was simply perfect to visit the iconic parts of Venice, a few hundred meters from Piazza San Marco, with out the noise, buzz, and inconveniences related to this. I particularly like the facilities, contemporary, well appointed and with very good taste. In a baroque city, the contrast is welcomed not only as a rest but for all the benefits of having updated, contemporary convenience, cleanliness, and reliability. The bed was rather comfortable and wi-fi very fast -for those who need to know-. The breakfast was very good, moreover considering the European standards, this is very welcomed by visitors from the Americas. The staff was rather helpful, elegant, and professional, more than in most luxury hotels. Bravo to Maison Ducale, serious hoteliers like few I have seen around the world. No complaints whatsoever, a wonderful operation. The small size of the hotel makes everything just manageable and perfect.

The Hotel Maison Ducal is very well located, exceptionally clean and the breakfast is very good. It is only a small hotel (8 rooms), very quiet and the staff were excellent, always on hand to help and make our stay comfortable. The hotel is positioned next door to Hotel Daniele which is reputed to be one of the best hotels in the world. Worth going in and having a look! The concierge at Maison Ducal recommended some excellent restaurants and also helped with Vaperetto timings and had top tips about catching a Gondola. We would definitely stay again!

Location was nice and close to everything in San Marco. They didn’t put any toiletries in the room we had to ask for soap,etc. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very friendly.

Lovely small hotel. Just a few rooms all on one floor. Elevator accessible. Really close to st Marco and ferries so great location. Breakfast served very close to room so it’s a very cozy feeling (but not noisy!) clean and modern looking just like pictures. Nothing to add here

Location is pretty central but quiet at the same time. The design is contemporary and cozy, rooms are small but comfortable. Due to the small number of guests it would be nicer to have fresh coffee served at the table instead of from a machine. Espresso was not the best. Also complimentary water would be a nice touch.
