Breakfast was simple but good. It had what I normally eat at home. The location was within a short walk to the main centre of Venice and close to shops and restaurants The only thing that the facility could improve is its WIFI capabilities. As a person that works on the road it is extremely important to have great WIFI connections. Unfortunately the signal of the WIFI needs improvement.

The rooms are amazing. So comfortable and clean. Our best stay during our trip. The owner is by far the nicest, most helpful and kind person.

The property is in an excellent location. So close to all the sites. So convenient to get to. The owner was always available. Everything was wonderful.the staff was amazing and breakfast was delicious.

Create location off the dock, room was very clean and nice. Some communication issues with the host, as well as it was extremely hot in the room in the AC would not function. We tried multiple times to get help with it, but it never worked properly.

Location was right near San Marco Basilica

The host met us at the water bus exit (we texted him in advance of our arrival). The room was modern and comfortable. The location is near St. Marks Square without feeling like you are in the middle of the tourist traffic. Easy access to the water bus.

Juri was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us find another place when I made a mistake on scheduling. Breakfast was good.

Very central and minutes to walk to the attractions in San Marco Square.

Fantastic location! We had a great two night stay and could easily explore Venice. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast really nice. It is a easy walk to the water ferry or many great historic sites.

The B&B is perfectly located, the room was super spacious, clean and cozy. The host Juri is lovely and super helpful. A tasty breakfast was included. Top value for money, would highly recommend!

The location was perfect, tucked away in a safe and quiet spot, yet just a short walk to the main sights, restaurants, and cafes. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our time in the city. Juri was a fantastic host, very responsive, friendly, and gave us great recommendations that made our trip even better.
