Great location on the canal with beautiful view!! Breakfast view was stunning! Good shuttle service to Murano. No gym facilities. Required men to wear pants to restaurants. My husband brought nice dress shorts and a shirt but that wasn’t allowed on the dinner terrace. Beds were a bit hard. Rooms were small.

The location mainly , breakfast was good but they didn’t try to change the menu from a day to another .. hot dishes same thing always .the air conditioning wasn’t working properly or the cool air wasn’t there at night . The staff doesn’t go the extra mile to make you feel enough support . Air conditioning wasn’t working properly particularly at night . Rooms are small even choosing the luxury twin room .

The hotel was right next to St. Mark's Square and Harry's Bar, plus all the shopping. Our breakfast buffet was outside along the Grand Canal with spectacular views of the gondolas and historic buildings. The lobby was glamourous and decorated like a fine art museum. The bathroom was a tribute to fine marble craftsmen. What a beautiful hotel!

The breakfast was definitely a gorgeous venue but the food selection was not "the best in Europe " as it was advertised. See above. The room was definitely small for the price, there was a confusion when booking a canal view and got there and was told no it was not. Just expected better accommodations for the price.

Amazing hotel, beautiful views and lovely location. The staff was friendly & willing to help us with all of our questions about how to get around the city. The concierge staff was polite, friendly and always greeted us with a smile and conversation. Room service was absolutely amazing. The laundry service was fantastic and the property was absolutely beautiful. Would recommend and I would go back again heartbeat thank you for a wonderful stay. 10/10
