The breakfast was over the top amazing and delicious, the service was unforgettable and the experience was wonderful. We don't stay anywhere else other than here. Great section of Venice and close to everything. I love it all.

The experience at this hotel was amazing. I travel often and usually stay at very well rated hotels, and I can honestly say this one really stood out. Everything was spotless, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the decoration and overall atmosphere were beautiful. I loved the small thoughtful details, like the evening turndown touches and receiving the weather forecast for the next day. I felt extremely well taken care of from beginning to end and the service truly felt five star. A big congratulations to the entire team for such a special property. Very little, to be honest. The only small suggestion would be the option of a slightly softer mattress topper for guests who prefer that, as the pillows were already great. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is just a very good example of how the hotel must be equipped, run and located. Somebody who created it understands the service definition very well.

Very clean and modern The staff were very kind and welcoming at check-in, showing genuine care and attention to us as guests. However, we unfortunately experienced an unpleasant situation regarding a walking tour. The hotel confirmed the service before we had been informed of the conditions, and when we later decided not to proceed, they insisted on charging the full amount. The matter was handled by the manager in a way that did not reflect the level of professionalism and service one would expect from a hotel in this price category. It was disappointing, as the property itself and most of the staff are truly lovely.

Centrally located, located next to all the high end shops. There’s a gondola stop right out front which means there’s a lot of activity. Has a lot of charm. Room was nice but not amazing.

The property is exceptional! I highly recommend! The location is so central and yet quiet and cozy. The rooms are breathtaking, so beautifully appointed, the restaurant is divine and the team at Violino d’Oro is unmatched. Every detail ensuring you have the best stay. Cannot recommend enough. Everything about our stay was more than amazing. The location, the flowers, the breakfast just everything was fantastic. I made a mistake with our booking but the staff were very sweet about it and did their best to help. I highly recommend to anyone going to Venice.

Perfect Location, beautiful place, there are 3 palazzos which belong to the hotel. Walking distance to the San Marco place and 15 minutes to the rialto bridge. A lot of nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Breakfast very nice. Staff very friendly. Communication per email efficient. We come again!
