Location, staff were lovely Room was very warm - not yet time for air conditioning but it was too warm with south facing room

Location was close to Lido water-bus station. Line E from train station will take you here with scenic view of the Venice canal in 45 minutes. Central AC temperature in the room controlled by front desk and locked at 25-26 deg.C. despite the room is hot at noon in summer. When checked with them the reception lady politely provided a Table fan.

Rooms need a renovation, I couldn't start the AC but did not complain since it was not so hot. The bathroom fan was not working.

Second time staying here. Obviously came back because it was so good. Reception staff are fantastic and rooms great. Try getting a room at front with balcony overlooking water. Opposite water taxi station so going into Venice is easy. Beach is a five minute walk away. Breakfast was good and they also have a large patio with water view to chill on with a drink. Just a great Hotel.

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location - close to everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

Lovely hotel and right next to transport links. Lovely and helpful staff. The room we had was a bit noisy but it was directly facing the vaporetto stops so it was to be expected. The positives outweigh and negatives, we would definitely stay here again. The only feedback we would give is that if there are 3 people staying in the room there should be 3 cups, would have been nice if the cups could be changed each day instead of having to wash them in the sink.

I was so impressed by the staff of this hotel, always genuinely kind and ready to help the customer. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed. When it comes to breakfast, you have many options to choose from. I totally recommend Hotel Panorama if you decide to visit Venice. Because of the hotel's location sometimes late at night, you can hear some people still partying outside, which can be bothering if you're a light sleeper, but I wouldn't say it's the hotel's fault.

Great hotel in great location. Easy to get back and forth to main Venice. The station is right across the road. It was surprisingly quiet for the location being on the main road. The room was very comfortable with a lovely view across the lagoon. Breakfast was standard and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and would certainly stay again, very good value for money.
