The property is a few hundred feet from the boat dock for the boats to and from Venice and the airport. The hotel is immaculate, modern, and very attractive. The front desk staff, the women managing the breakfast, and housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast is worth purchasing. It was also nice to return to laid-back Lido after a day in Venice city center. Nothing.

Perfect location on Lido just steps away from the water bus station and 15 mins on the boat to S Marco in the centre of Venice. The hotel is modern, bright and clean. Our room had a great view over the lagoon to the city. Very comfortable and quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast. Lots of restaurants and bars on the streets around the hotel and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Couldn't turn the volume up on the TV!

It was perfect! So clean, so modern & great location! Easy boat ride to Venice & airport! The TV didn’t work. It would constantly go out, but that’s about it!

Less than 5 minutes from water bus station and steps away from several restaurantsand shops. One member of staff was rude. Shower head was terrible. Breakfast was lacking.
