I cannot say enough great things about this Hotel! From the moment we walked in, everyone was just exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful as are the grounds. Everyone was beyond helpful when giving recommendations, setting up reservations, tours, and transportation, and the history. The room was beautiful and comfortable (we received an upgrade upon arrival) that also had a large terrace. We were only in Venice for 2 nights so we did not get to use all of the facilities, but I do not doubt that they are just as wonderful!

I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels around the world but I must say this is one of the best I’ve experienced. Not just on the property but the team there that makes our stay so memorable. From the beginning Giacomo has answered all my questions kindly and when we arrived, he made us felt so so welcomed! Giacomo went extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable, really taking good care of us. Exceptional from every area - the service, the location, the room, the comfort. Everything was just so great.

Best hotel and best service Ever !

The staff were excellent, it was such a warm welcome and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The Whatsapp concierge service is something I am missing now I am back at work!! Although we appreciated the excellent level of service at breakfast, it felt a little formal!

The staff were so amazing and professional! The bathroom was CLEAN! The room service was GREAT! If anyone asked me what do you think of Venice i would say THE HOTEL! I like everything!

This is the best hotel in Venice!!! Luana and her team are going beyond and above so their guests are having a memorable stay. From the impeccable Venetian interiors to the hidden gardens overlooking the Grand Canale, this hotel is an oasis of luxury in crowded Venice. The included breakfast was outstanding. From the kitchen of their Michelin starred restaurant. A La Carte ordering with many choices. Wait staff (and all the staff) were so attentive and friendly. The location is great - in a quaint neighborhood with shops and restaurants but away from the crowds. The palazzo and grounds are beautiful. Well maintained. There is a parlor on second floor which is absolutely magnificent. Facilities are well maintained and look great. Could have been a little more cushy though. Many furnishings are antiques. It’s just on the expensive side, but you get a lot.

Everything was excellent. The most impressive things are the details. Details in meeting during check in, during the breakfast, some small nice but nice things in the room, very helpful and friendly stuff. You feel like at home from the first step. Very useful advices concerning the city. Breakfast is perfect, the views are wonderful, the bed is so comfortable!

The entire staff starting with Giacomo was just beyond excellent. This was the end of an extremely special trip for us and the hotel and the staff truly made it a storybook ending. Best hotel experience I’ve had in my life!! That I couldn’t stay longer ?

Absolutely everything. Staff are so accommodating and the rooms are spectacular. If you get a chance make sure you book Glam Restaurant! Nothing!

Our stay at the Palazzo Venart was absolutely perfect--by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. The room and bathroom were immaculate; the breakfast was individually prepared and presented beautifully. But what really sets the hotel apart is the superb level of service, from the days leading up to check-in (including the concierge helpfully booking restaurant reservations), to refreshments at check-in, to staff who always seem to know what you need during your stay, to housekeeping that beautifully restore the room each day, and finally to check out and luggage arrangements. I could not find fault and can't wait to visit again. Everything was perfect.
