Best location of my whole trip.

Excellent location, cozy, nice vibes, good ac, good shower, host is responsive. Second bed wasn't so comfortable. Sink drained very slowly. Note: only open the mini fridge from the side. If you open it from the top there is sharp metal that can cut the back of your fingers.

Manager was too pushy with wanting to know the departure time, with message after 10pm. Felt too intrusive and not necessary. Check out time was clear.

It was in a clam area where more local Venetian live. The property is very old and in need of a refresh but all in all a good place to sleep after a long day of visits.

The equipment and furniture are not the most comfortable. Although I've marked I am travelling with children and provided their age, the owner asked for an extra payment for the children. One of the children's beds was falling apart.

We weren’t told that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I got over 30 bites in the first night. I contacted the host and he did get back to me.

Good location within the historical city of Venice, very clean Advertised as having parking, but that was not even remotely true; had to park in a very remote facility with $$$ additional cost per night, with a distance of at least 30 minutes to the place. Had to wait about an hour in front of the property because the host did not provide us with the entrance code additional cost charged for city tax, which was not mentioned in the advertisement fee.

It was so close and walking distance to everything and right next to the water taxi stop. The bathroom floor could be a bit cleaner if they scrub it nicely

Value for money in the middle of this beautiful medieval maze that is Venice. Hot water, a little kitchenette to make tea or instant coffee. Heating works only when you are in the apartment and put the keys in the hole. Free luggage storage after check-out. Thanks for everything A little humid, but this is Venice!

Apartment is close to city centre, good location! Cold floors, but it’s okay, it’s winter time. In the morning when I was opening window for fresh air, there was cat outside- I really get scared of him, because didn’t saw him! ?
