Very elegant and spacious Nothing

The location was very good, right on the water bus line 1. Breakfast was great. The room was very comfy. AC was a bit weak for the summer heat.

Tha room it was OK I was sitting outside and the yard I see a rats of rats going back-and-forth

The murano decorations were awesome! No remote for the air conditioning. I had to call reception to open, close, modify ventilation, and when I called no one answered. There were 39 degrees outside, very very hot, we woke up in a sauna and no one answered the phone to open the air. For a 4 stars hotel… I wouldn’t expect that. Also, no slippers. The rest was fine.

Everything. Stay, staff, location. Only thing that could have been better is the size of the shower. Very small. But, I would definitely stay at this hotel again . Shower was very small. That is it!

Our stay in Room 101 was absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of our trip to Venice. The room was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and had a stunning view overlooking the Grand Canal. Being located right next to the ferry stop made it easy to get anywhere in the city while still feeling immersed in the authentic Venetian atmosphere. The hotel itself is full of history, which made the experience even more special and unique. Waking up each morning to the canal view felt like a true Venetian experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. One helpful tip for future guests: if the room feels warmer than you’d like, the front desk can adjust the air conditioning. We also discovered that keeping the bathroom doors closed helped the room stay noticeably cooler. Between the amazing location, the beautiful room, the historic character of the hotel, the wonderful staff, and the unforgettable Grand Canal view, this was a stay we will never forget. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Venice. We liked everything

The beds and pillows were like sleeping on bricks. The younger staff were friendly but the older ones were rude.

We enjoyed a beautiful room during our stay. And the breakfast each morning was incredible! EVERYTHING was to our satisfaction.

Everything The only thing that was lacking was electrical outlets in the room.

No electric kettle & coffee maker machine and light in the room.

Location, was the best point, easy access to Vaporetto, easy walking access to all attractions. Hotel may have been 4 star when it opened, but has not been well maintained. Some of the light switches in our Suite were broken, one beside lamp was missing the other had a broken plug exposing the wiring. There was only one outlet in the room to charge anything and it was in the Bathroom, tried to use one of the table lamp outlets but it was so worn the adapter kept falling out. AC was only controllable by calling the Front Desk. No draws for clothes except in the bedside table, very few hangers in the closet.

Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. I had two rooms booked: Chambre Double Superior and Suite Junior. The first room was completely inadequate for the category I'd chosen. Even though I'd requested a bright room, the room was dark and eerie. It was pitch-black with small windows positioned so high up that I had to stand on a chair to barely see the rooftops of the building opposite. All the handles on these small windows, which looked more like they belonged in a prison cell than in a four-star hotel, fell off at the first touch. Not to mention, to get to the top floor, I had to climb the stairs and there was no porter to help with my luggage! Incredible! The table was stained, the door on the back of the refrigerator had fallen off, and the motor was unbearably hot. The girl who greeted me, instead of apologizing, was rude to my Italian friend, who asked to change my awful room. Luckily, her colleagues, who were on duty the next day, were more polite and helpful. I can say that I will never return to this hotel! And I don't recommend it to anyone!

Located along the Grand Canal, steps from the Ca d’ Oro vaporetto. Lovely garden/ patio to relax. Rooms are designer posh and done with exquisite fabrics. Delicious cappuccino served with a smile at every breakfast. Nothing

We stayed on first days of bienale so hotels was fully booked all around venice. It was definitely not worth it in terms of P/F. Furnishing was dated like rest of the hotel. There were no slippers in the room. When I called the reception, they told me I could pick them up there. There was only one pair, and when I asked for a second one, they said they couldn’t find another pair. Although it’s a beautiful building with its own dock on the Grand Canal, overall it feels quite outdated. With a good restoration, it could have been a much better hotel.

The location was exceptional with proximity to water buses and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast attendant. The rooms were very large and spacious. The courtyard was absolutely beautiful 10 out of 10. The beds were very uncomfortable, and we woke up multiple times throughout the night to adjust our sleeping positions.

Location on the canal Mattress was too firm for me

The hotel is really close to the vaporeto station, it was nice, quiet and clean with a nice breakfast, we forgot some stuff and the staff helped us so we can receive it in ª different city, love it. -

Very well located 20 steps away from the vaporetto on the Canale Grande. Lovely garden where it is so welcoming and peaceful Just to sit and relax. Very close to many shops and cafes. Staff are well spoken and attentive.
