SUCH a good location- super close to the Rialto bridge. Very clean and lots of cute character. Nice that they had housekeeping too- wasn’t expecting that. It was on the third level so lots of stairs- didn’t know this so difficult with luggage

The room, location, and high ceilings were great. No elevator but I didn’t mind. Find that to be the case in a lot of Venice hotels

Good location, big rooms, comfortable beds, nice smelling shower gel It was a little cold especially the floor. There are no any hooks for the clothes when you just come in to the apartment.

We were about a 5 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and 10-12 minutes from the main Piazza and Doge Palace, so a fairly great and central location.

Great location seconds from a canal, less than 10 mins to Rialto bridge to explore the tourist attractions and about 15 mins to explore Dorsoduro and Cannaregio to get away from the crowds. 5 mins away from Rialto or San Stae station for Alilaguna from the airport and Vaporetto. And we were able to manage the 20 mins walk to the train station too with luggage. I believe it’s stated but there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. Not an issue but sharing for people with big luggage or weaker.

Nice, new, clean and tidy with kitchen (stovetop, Dishwasher, etc). Conveniently located to walks to shops, restaurants and Realto bridge. Heating didn’t work initially but I pressed the reset button and it worked smoothly thereafter. From train station to the apartment, it takes 20 minutes walks but there are lots of stairs on about 7 bridges to cross. Better to book taxi with the staff help. Quite a few stairs for us to move the luggage upstairs to 2nd floor. Bringing down was easy though because of carpet floors where you could roll a bit. For check in, there was back and forth as the key collection location was separate but in 2 minutes walk. Unusual to other EU countries, I had to pay at check in time. And at payment time, I had to pay taxes which were not mentioned when I booked. Other EU hotels mentioned additional taxes, and some did collect it in cash later so not so unusual thing.

Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment! Good location, close to Rialto Bridge. Well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!
