Wonderful location, just a four-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. The nearby lane is full of restaurants, small shops, and a picturesque canal with gondolas. The room was tiny but comfortable. We especially loved having breakfast served in the room. Overall, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I loved the elaborate Venetian decor and attention to detail in the room. The breakfast was a highlight. Delicious and generous selection. The air conditioning worked well as well.

Great location, spacious room, fabulous breakfast! It was so wonderful to go back after a long, hot day of touring and have excellent A/C as soon as you opened the door. We arrived after 4 and the instructions to find the location and get into our room were perfect! Shower was a little small.

Shower was tiny. Bathroom was small. A/C didn't work very well. Small trash cans. Towels were thin. Google maps directions to property. No where to sit and eat breakfast except for in bed.

It was in a great location. Matteo was welcoming and very helpful with videos of how to get to the property. The room was very clean and comfortable It’s not a dislike but just to be noted - there are about ten steps to get to main floor.

Off a main street in a quiet little alley, 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge and the water ferry. Very cute decor and lovely guest check-in area. In a perfect spot for sight seeing and eating/drinking. Their breakfast is perfect and very large for 2 people. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a break in Venice, just a few minutes walk to the main sites, but it's on a quiet street so no issue with noise. Charming house with an incredible breakfast bought to your room, lovely helpful staff as well as being great value. Nothing!
