San Marco

Breakfast was not really included. The host welcomed us to help ourselves to what was in his kitchen, but it's not like a typical breakfast you think of in larger B&Bs.

The location in terms of getting the water bus to and from the airport was excellent. We only had a 10min walk. We were in a quieter area but within 5 mins we were at the main hub of attractions. Alice, our host was so welcoming, very helpful and great to check in with. No issues

The hospitality of Alice and Marco. The cleanliness. the fact that Alice when out of her way to organise a surprise for my partner birthday. I loved that our bed was made and bottle of water was refilled everyday :-) We can join our host for breakfast. We really felt at home.

Alice and Marco are very friendly and take good care of their guests. They were very supportive in guiding us around and even let us keep the luggages at the location in the last day (we had a late flight towards home) so we could enjoy our time there. The room was very cosy, and the location is perfect (max 10 minute of San Marco Square).

The host is a very lovely person, she made us feel very welcome & because of this I'd come back. We were originally confused on how to get into the building but she picked up right away when we called. The beds are made everyday, great location & stunning view! In general very pleased. Due to properties in Venice being older, the shower isn't particularly strong & the bathroom fan doesn't work great so we found due to it being damp it had a bit of a funky smell (not that bothered by it though & you must remember you cannot expect new builds in Venice). Also a note - it is on the top floor so there are a number of stairs to climb up that those with impaired mobility or large suitcases might struggle with.

It is very close to the city center. Love the room, it's so cute in vintage style and has a lovely view of the canal

We felt at home. Marco, Alice, and Nina were nice and welcoming, always with a smile and happy to help. The room was clean with a nice view of the canal, close to Piazza San Marco and a supermarket 50 meters from the B&B.

Great location Clean Great host The walls where kind of thin, so you could hear everything in the other rooms and some nights the other guest would be loud very late at night. If it’s a couple, I would recommend offering two separate blankets, so it’s more comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was the 8 mosquitos that waited for us in the room. There was a repeller in the plug, but it did not help, given that the window had been left opened.

The b&b host Alice was really friendly and helpful, good communication before check-in. The room was good value for money and had a lovely canal view :) Nothing, we would stay there again

It was perfect location,near centre,it was also available Super Market near,also Alice and Marco are amazing people helpful and approachable !I would suggest to everyone to visit their B&B S Marco,you will not regret it definetly . Unfortunatly rooms are on the top floor without lift,3rd or 4th floor . We shared toilet which wasn't so convincible

The place is great and calm . The host was so nice and welcoming. I recommend this place! Few bugs entered in the room because of the trashbin and I got bite by the mosquitoes :(
