Old charm and location was great and a private doc was a plus.
-
It was beautiful and good location. The beds were a little hard but can’t please everyone, right.
-
Too expensive for the kind of accommodation and restaurant

Nothing

Hotel was charming, clean, spacious and over looking the canal. Hubby & I stayed for 2 nights after I fractured my ankle at another accommodation in Venice earlier in the day and had to check-out. This location was a water taxi ride away from the hospital. As soon as we stepped into the hotel we felt very welcomed. They were very helpful I was using crutches. The receptionist found us a room close to the elevator. They also provided me with an ice bag as for my swollen foot. The concierge gave us a table with minimum walking when we went for breakfast. They had a plastic chair that I could use in the shower but last but not least a complimentary 1 hour stay after check out time. We were so pleased with the extraordinary service of the staff and would definitely stay again. Thank you! Nothing!

The hotel is old the room is very normal not like the picture at all The ace is very bad we change our room twice because of the Ac is not working and still the same The staff not all of them is helpful

The hotel is a great location, close enough to everything but tucked away so there is hardly any noise or crowds at its entrance. It has a direct water taxi drop-off, and the reception team speaks great English and they were always very helpful. The rooms were a good size and the breakfast ticked most of the boxes. For me it worked well as I could walk to the primary locations within 5 -10 minutes There really aren’t any negatives - everything was as described in the room booking. Do not expect palatial 5 star rooms and amenities - it typically aligns to a good 4 star with big rooms, good bathroom (and bath) and everything you need for a few days holiday.

Location and customer service No ac functioning, thermostat broken

Rooms look nothing like the pictures and are pretty shabby and cheap. Refrigerator doesn’t actually cool anything. But the canal. It’s were nice and it was clean.

The location was perfect and it was an exceptional wow impact,

The lovely traditional Venetian furniture was a beautiful feature. The buffet breakfast was lovely. It would have been lovely to have had a bar in the hotel where we could have enjoyed a drink in the evening.
-
Nothing The fact that I got bed bug bites all over my body, the shower didn't work properly, and the AC to the room was broken so I sat in a constant 26-28 °C. And then the lack of care from the hotel after the fact was disgraceful, ghosted by the hotel and the holding company. Shameful, however if you want bed bugs feel free to stay here

The property is beautiful walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.
-
The location the ambiance and the atmosphere was great. The accommodation was large with a really comfortable bed and the cleaning was immaculate The front desk staff were all polite and helpful The attitude of the staff serving breakfast and the quality of the coffee served was quite disappointing especially considering it’s Italy
-
The location, it had a safe, it was very clean, the shower was very nice and had a full door and not just a half wall, it had a little fridge and space to store your clothes with hangers. The staff were wonderful and super friendly. Air conditioning didnt work and actually heated the room instead of cooling it (I googled the control panel as well as trying the cooling and heating options and neither worked). Luckily it was cool enough to open the windows to sleep comfortably but there was a decent amount of street noise as well so it was sub-optimal.

Location and Venetian look and feel Nothing in particular
-
We were only there for a day and a half but the hotel rooms were ready even though we arrived early. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle services between the airport and the hotel were really expensive! You advertised that there is a dock connecting the hotel to the canal which is convenient, but the cost of taking advantage of it was prohibitive.

My wife had a real sickness, the phone did not work, so I senr them a massage by booking to call me immediatly. Till now they still not called, We called a doctor by ourselves, we stayed there for 3 nights, they even did not care about us for once.

The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome Daniella on reception upgraded our room to a suite as we had stayed the week before when we left for the cruise . Room was very clean with great views of the canals . Breakfast was good fully recommend
