The checkin process was really easy and friendly communication with Andrea, who helped with things like telling us the best ferry line to get there etc. Room was comfortable with a view over the canal and garden.

Great location close to beach and boat stops. Communication with the host was fast and any quiries were responded to quickly. The house is in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood with everything within a walking distance. No kitchen facilities, no fridge or kettle. Blankets seemed quite old, could to with replacement

I really liked the location. I didn’t know what to expect but I really enjoyed seeing Lido. The accommodation is a short walk from the vaporetto stop that takes you to Venice, which is very convenient. The transport system in Venice works very well and it is easy to navigate getting to the property. The room was comfortable and was as expected. I think it is the perfect place for a trip to Venice. The property states that parking is included. This might be the case but as far as I understand it, I cannot get to Lido by car unless I am a local so it is not really useful information. I might be misunderstanding but I was told by the host to park at the Tronchetto Parking. This is not a free parking lot. In the end it was no problem as there are a lot of affordable options available for parking outside of Venice. I just think it would help to state that in the information for this property for the unknowing tourist :)

Very beautiful accomondation especially for that price. Very calm, clean and nice house.

Overall a nice place with a cute veranda in the garden, a quite side alley in Lido The place was humid and the old furniture were a bit smelly with mold, they should be replaced

Good location But we were informed the day of how to enter the property.I booked two single beds, but was informed that there was only one double bed.

The location was good, it's fairly close to the ferry terminal and close to the bus stop. There were frequent busses & taxis from the ferry terminal. It's an easy walk to a good choice of restaurants/bars & gelaterias. There is a laundromat nearby. The beach is within walking distance. The interior of the BnB 500 building and the room were very clean & well maintained although the building is quite historic. The gardens are pleasant but garden furniture had no cushions The roof beams in the room were too low and a hazard especially when going to the bathroom at night No fridge in the room. Coffee/kettle were supplied but no coffee mugs or creamer The soft furnishings in the room are old & need updating There were narrow stairs to carry luggage up When I booked I read that breakfast was included but I was told on arrival that there was no breakfast Staff were not available for assistance/advice & there was no reception or office

The location was good only 10 minutes walk to the shopping area, beach and the foot ferry port to Venice We stayed for 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once, including emptying the bins, description states daily housekeeping. The door to the bathroom didn’t work and the shower enclosure was tiny. Parking was if you were lucky to park outside

Very friendly staff, comfortable bed a nice garden.Only bad corner was very small. Close to the public traffic and to beach. We were satisfied.

The facility did not have parking or air conditioning, and its amenities were not accurately represented online. That must have been frustrating and disappointing. Businesses need to be transparent and honest in their online listings so that customers can make informed decisions. The disappointment with what they show on the internet,

Superb

It was located in a really nice area - away from the main part of Venice but close to the beach and it was really quiet. Perfect for a relaxed getaway. Nothing really, just think the bathroom could have been a bit (and I really mean a bit) cleaner. There were some insects.

No water in room. No soap.
