Beautiful setting, peaceful location in authentic neighbourhood short boat ride to San Marco. Great breakfast and hospitality. Ornate room with modern bathroom facilities.

Lovely villa on the lido - perfect for our visit to the biennale. Staff are friendly, breakfast was nice in the beautiful garden, and there is a fantastic trattoria on the same road for dinner. We will be back! Nothing, it was great!

the neighbourhood and surrounding cafes, lovely relaxed atmosphere. The garden is stunning, the breakfast served lovely coffee and home made cakes, eggs, ham, and cheese. the room had very good bathroom and was very comfortable, fresh and clean. there were cooking workshops and craft workshops to take part in. something special, to learn more about the culture. one of the most beautiful things about Venice I think are the artisan workshops. breakfast room for bad weather seemed a little small. normally in good weather there was seating on the terazza in the beautiful garden.

Beautiful setting and hotel. Much quieter than Venice, staff very helpful, room was very nice. We love older character homes and estates. Nothing to do with hotel but water buses are a pain

Location was perfect, close to restaurants, beach and water taxi station. The rooms were carefully decorated and the property was well kept. The breakfast was also delicious and a perfect start to the morning.

Everything!! The location is perfect - close to shopping and very nice restaurants. It’s within walking distance to the ferry and buses. The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel room is quiet, and the bed is super comfortable, with nice linens and soft pillows. The property grounds are lush with beautiful flowers and plants. For us, an extra plus is that the property is super pet friendly!
