Location is great, and the host communicated very clearly, providing a city map and tips. Smooth check-in and check-out, and excellent Wi-Fi connection, which was very important to me because I had to work while staying there. The A/C worked very well too! The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and there weren't any extras. Kitchen supplies, such as the sponge for washing the dishes, needed to be replaced right away. For coffee lovers, there is no Italian coffee maker at the place (the host offered an electric one).

Lorenzo was extremely helpful - responsive to my questions before arriving, greeted us upon arrival and was very resourceful in orientating us to Venice. Apartment was clean, quiet and close to major tourist attractions. We always felt very safe. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to other visitors. There is nothing I did not like.

Location very near to most attraction points

Great, quiet location, responsive host, wonderful price, spacious room, really lovely place. I was on a work trip and, mot important for me, the Wifi was every bit as good as I'd been promised. EXCELLENT Wifi! The room is one of three private rooms with their own bathrooms off a central kitchen area. I almost never ran into the other guests. Lorenzo was really personable and helpful, especially when I needed some new sheets. Great overall stay. Would come back. A slight smell from the bathroom that would have been helped with better air freshener. Mine was a long stay and I would've liked a stove. But other than that, great.

Everything about the place is impeccable, from before we arrived until the end. The day before the trip, they contacted us to tell us the best way to get there. We were received with great attention and with complete information about the accommodation and the city. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, the shower was very good, the bed was comfortable, the room had air conditioning and not to mention that the place is close to major tourist attractions and with easy access to several other places in the city. We were worried about the noise, because of Carnival, but the location is super quiet and safe.

One of the reasons I chose this property was the reviews on booking.com and the mention of the property manager being so helpful. Travelling on my own I thought it would be good to have someone to connect with who could guide me in the right direction for making the most of my 2 night stay and he certainly did. The apartment has everything you could need, a little iron, some spare laundry detergent for the laundry mat, coffee machine and the rooms large and comfortable with a tv, fridge and split system heater/cooler. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I thought it was a hotel, maybe I didn't fully read the description, but it's not. It was a bedroom off of a shared living room space. The air conditioning didn't work well.

Location is amazing. If it was more in the center, you would be sleeping in St Mark Cathedral. Owner is super nice. I forgot my car keys when I left the apartment, he met me at water bus station to bring them to me. Apartment is very clean, has all little things like cattle to make coffee or tea, TV with channels and couple of streaming services. Very comfortable bed, slept like a baby. Air conditioning worked great. Bathroom was normal size, very clean, had soap and shampoo, small fridge in the room as well. There was nothing bad, apartment was perfect.
