Very accessible as the location was just a 5 minute walk to the train and bus station (no need to walk so far or take the water taxi). The room had air conditioning which you can control, a cabinet, and fridge. Self check in was easy and staff was responsive. No elevator, it was hard to bring up the luggages because the stairs were also tight, and the room was a bit smaller than I expected, we had a had a hard time opening our luggages. The bathroom was a bit small too especially the shower area. The shower area would clog and not drain the water properly and the shower head would always fall. Overall the hotel was a bit expensive for what it was, but maybe because it was towards the summer season already. We only really chose this hotel because we need a place near the bus station since we had an early morning flight.

15 minutes from airport via classic car taxi. Less than 5 minutes walk and only 2 small bridges away from taxi station. 5 minutes from Vaporetto. Away from all tourist and noisy area. Safe area. 25 minutes walk to San Marco and so much to see in between. Plenty of restaurants and cafe around. The rooms singles bed, size for small bag traveller. Shared or private bath. All stairs to rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Fast response from manager via booking or whatsapp. All good. Will stay again and recommend for low key travelers.

The proximity to the taxi train area and 25 minutes walk to San Marco. The less touristy area allow you to enjoy the city like a local. The room are comfortable for small bag travelers. The building is safe with door code and hard keys. If you reserve early you may be able to get a private bathroom to your room. Espresso machine in room. Liquid soap/shampoo in shower and liquid soap by sink. Wifi, TV with internet option. AC unit in room. Friendly staff communicate well via booking or whatup( number on door) you will need the door access code to get in the building so have wifi before you arrive . Staff is very responsive… Everything was perfect for us. Just know no ground floor access. Stairs only. No vending ice or other services. The mini fridge wont cool. No wash cloth. Room is old Europe style, small and basic.

The property is typical old fashioned Venice place. Staff was very responsive and accommodating.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable room. Poor facilities, no receptionist, no housekeeper to clean the room.

Only the fact that is located in Venice. The fact that we needed to call a few times to be able to check in, because she didn't send the code to unlock the front door prior to our arrival time. The first room that she gave us was dirty and she moved us to another room where the air conditioning didn't work..we got really cold and asked to move back to the first room, because there, at least, the air conditioning worked. She didn't answer our request, but we moved anyway, because we were really cold. Overall, the price is not justified..only the location is good, the rest is just a matter of luck..

Nothing Location Bad communication either the staff I stayed one hour in the street waiting to open the doors for me I found washroom’s window was open with insects inside the room

Location: in Venice water city, close to station (5 minutes) and Piazzale Roma (2 minutes), close to restaurants and cafes. Easy to walk to anywhere in Venice from the hotel. Waking up in the heart of Venice, feeling like you are a real Venetian. The staff is not often present in the building but they reply guests' messages immediately.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location, very close to Piazzale Roma. Bathroom was a bit small.

All about the room was excellent, highly recommendable, the lady at receptions was very nice and helpful The place is hidden but not difficult to get with it.

Beautiful, near to train station

Location There was a lack of communication from the hosts, with no explanations about where to get the keys. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, so we had to stay outside and figure out how to get in. It was also very noisy since the property is on a busy street with a restaurant below. However, being inside Venice in a touristy area, it’s likely to be noisy everywhere at night, with people partying non-stop, eating, drinking, and talking.

Location Electricity was out , no air , refrigerator

Good location and value for money The host changed the room and stay address at the last minute. She never sent me a message about the change. After lugging our luggage all the way from the train station to the original address and trying to call many times she finally picked up the call. Then she told us to come to a totally different address. The rooms we got, were not the rooms we originally booked. And these changes were never communicated to us either.

Cute little spot with a good view of some street life! Had a tv with Netflix capabilities which was nice! Super close to the train station which was very convenient with an early train time. We almost missed our train because the property had locked the gate without notifying us. We had to wake up someone in another room to use their key and thankfully got out in time- just so you know make sure this doesn’t happen to you. Also the fridge didn’t work in our room so we had to throw out some food unfortunately.

Venice itself. Not the hotel Room was dirty had marks on the wall and ceiling. Air conditioning didn't work at all so the room was hot constantly. Mould was in the bathroom and could see where the mould is behind the mirror and they have tried to cover up with paint. Ants and mosquitos were a problem in the room also. Extremely noisy area so sleep is not good. Told to arrive at a certain time so contacted hotel to be told they wouldn't be there until later on which wasn't professional at all. Lighting has a sensor in the door way so goes off on its own throught the day and night. Marks on the bed frame. Would add more photos but won't let me attach anymore. Avoid
