Location was superb. Hotel is well done and like the artwork.

Convenience Suite given had staircase that faltered and individual hurt. Staff gave new room, toilet did not work. Requested insurance information, finally received painstaking after a month.
-
Great location, staff was helpful and friendly! The air conditioning didn’t work properly in one of our rooms and was never adequately fixed
-
Stairs after elevator to 3rd floor

Rented 2 rooms, a queen and a suite. Same rooms, same amenities to accommodate 3 people, suite twice the cost of the queen. Management would not reimburse difference, even after steps in suite came apart, husband fell, had to go to hospital, ruined our Italy trip, and all they did was give us another room with a toilet that did not work. Requested a refund they denied emphatically. Request booking.com to review and consider reimbursing so we can pay services required for my husband there in Italy and back in the USA..

breakfast - very industrial products no coffee if you leave before breakfast time

Very good location close to everything you would want. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well. Nothing to note.
-
The rooms are extremely expensive, I paid around 800 euro and infront me at the reception they sold to a walking customer 630 euro! The rooms are not seen loke in the picture and dirty!

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 3 min walk away from the basilica. Our room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. Nothing
-
a small issue with housekeeping but that’s all.

Great location. Many restaurants close by and just a short walk to Saint Marks Square. The hotel was clean and nice as was our room. The breakfast was good with many choices, including standard European fair and scrambled eggs and bacon. If you have a problem with stairs, you need to be careful. Even though the hotel has an elevator, there can be stairs in the hallways. Also, there are stairs that are unavoidable in the breakfast room. Having said this Venice is not friendly to those who can’t do stairs.

The view of the canal.

Overall great!

Staff, location, and breakfast. I did not like the idea that, that they did not have an AC, weather wasn’t cold when we were there. It was a little bit humid so we ended up opening the windows and we got bitten by flies. That is the only disappointing thing in this hotel.
