Absolutely loved our stay perfect location in great spacious room and nice bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic.

Bed was comfortable. Had a small fridge and lots of space. A/C unit didn’t really cool the rooms down very much. There wasn’t a shower door or one that was functional. It was far away from major attractions which is nice to avoid the crowd but not nice to walk so far each day.

The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was superb. The staff was exceptionally gracious and accommodating. I had to leave early one morning as I was participating in the Vogalonga. They made sure I had something to eat in my refrigerator in the room.

Very cosy room in a quant part of Venice easily accesible to the Ghetto and active Cannereggio area.

Nothing, great stay!

The Queen is a beautiful room. Very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful towels and bedding. Coffee/tea/abundance of shower necessities. Air conditioning or can open up the shutters to a venetian view with a bubbling fountain. Breakfast was AMAZING. The owner❣️ was so kind and made us fresh cappuccino. Fresh pastry croissant meats cheeses juices yogurt fruit granola. Everything was delicious - sitting in a gorgeous aged building - with a pretty breakfast room. We loved it! It was a 15 min walk to the train; 30 min walk to St. Marks square - perfect location as you walk through all the incredible bridges and narrow streets exploring as you go… we easily could go back to our room for a rest and then go for dinner later…it was just perfect! Thank you Amor Mio!! Nothing negative at all

Easy to locate from the vaporetto, just a short walk. Beautiful room! Quiet location. Very nice breakfast. Good wifi. Would have been good to know check our was at 10:30 as that was a complication with luggage as check in next day wasn't until 3pm. Early time of check out.

Nice breakfast, good location, beautifully designed clean room. Overall a good place to stay Wifi was giving problems the whole time. If you have heavy luggage then be ready to climb a lot of stairs.

I enjoyed how clean the facilities were. The breakfast was phenomenal. Staff were friendly and helpful. When the wind blew you can hear it against the building, but I understand since it’s an old building.

Loved staying here. In the not so busy part of Venice which was lovely. Great breakfast and lovely receptionist who ensured we had breakfast on the day we left too early for our flight. Room was massive and it was so clean. Nothing. Everything was great

A wonderful, small B&B in a quiet quarter of Venice, off the beaten tourist tracks. A lovely quarter. The station for the vaporetto from the airport is right next-by (but watch out: if you plan to take the vaporetto back to the airport keep in mind that the vaporetto serving that station is quite small and the Vaporetto comes from Plaza San Marco and might therefore already be full when it arrives at the Orto station - we were lucky, we got the last 2 seats on the vaporetto. If it is busy times you might want to walk a bit further to F.te Nove station and take the bigger vaportetto coming from Lido island). Btw: Orto is also a vaporetto stop where you can go directly to Murano island by boat. The B&B is small (only 2 or 3 rooms). But rooms are big and nicely renovated. A bit hidden and you you have to go through 2 door codes and a code for the key lock box before you finally arrive in the room, but you receive all instructions for the codes via WhatsApp. The persons running this small B&B are very helpful and are always immediately responding. Nice breakfast, served in a saloon in the private area (only open during the breakfast times). To get to the first floor where the rooms are you have to get up a long stair, no lift. Not a problem for us but keep that in mind, especially when you have heavy luggage. Rooms windows of our room were facing a garden, very quiet. Venice touristic area can be easily reached by foot, but my recommendation is to stroll through the more quiet quarters next to the B&B. Nothing really. As already mentioned the stairs may be a problem or in case you have heavy luggage.
