B&B Patatina

It was a very comfortable room, with a Venetian style, very clean and it has a great view of the city. Gianluca was very kind and has a very easy communication. We enjoy a lot the breakfast menu. That there’s a lot of stairs (no elevator) to get to the room, and we have very heavy suitcases.

Gianluca was very helpful and attentive The pillows could be upgraded.

This hotel/ bed & breakfast was beautiful inside and outside. The host was so kind and helpful. He gave the perfect directions to help us navigate through the city to find it. The AC was a lifesaver. The wifi worked great. It's in a beautiful location in the city. Beds are so comfy. Shower ran great. There's a fridge! Loved everything about it. There was nothing I didn't like about it.

It is about a 15 minute walk (with plenty of stairs) from public transport and was 3 sets of stairs up to our room, which is a little difficult if you have a lot of luggage. This was the top floor though.

Varied & plentiful breakfast served in our room at time of our choosing. Delightful introduction to our Italian adventure. Wonderful host who made himself available for any issues. Nothing to complain about.

Design and detailing. Breakfast was delivered in the room. It says in the Google Map about 10 minutes walk from the train station, but with going up and down stairs and going through narrow streets, dragging your luggages? Makes me wanna think twice if i wNt to go back! Lol!Room was really small and they put a sleeper chair bed against the wall which makes the room even more compacted.

The wonderful staff including the owner, John Luca, a great breakfast, the most comfortable bed & cleanness of the place in general. The long walk, over the numerous bridges with our heavy luggage, the unbearable heat & my walking disability from one water station to the Air B&B which ended up taking us close to 45 minutes to walk to…

Gianluca was amazing. Answer my questions promptly. The breakfast was awesome. Easly a 20 euros breakfast included in the price. We were a party of 3 so I easily saved 44 to 50 dollars and the food was really good. None

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at this property and it was amazing both times. Extremely clean, very comfortable rooms in an amazing location to really enjoy Venice. It’s a short walk from everything but such a calm, beautiful place to be in the evening and to wake up in the morning. The daily breakfast brought in is absolutely delicious and enough food to fill you up almost to dinner. Highly recommend. Thank you Gianlucca, we hope to see you again. Really nothing negative to say about this place everything from check-in to check out is easy and just fantastic. Our first day was on the first floor so the only thing I would point out is this day we were in the Daniela room which is up on the third, so you need to do three flights of stairs, which may be hard for some travelers, especially if you travel with giant suitcases we only do carry-ons. So perhaps write the property owners if stairs are an issue for you..lol but the same time, Venice equals a lot of walking:-)

Clean. Comfortable. Air conditioner works great! Nice location, convenient to train station and vaporetto stop. Need more flexibility on time breakfast is served. 8:00 is too late for breakfast to be served if you want to start your day early.

Luca was just wonderful. We had 2 rooms and both were lovely..the bathroom in ours went on forever! Breakfast was delicious! Good location, quiet, great restaurants around. Definitely recommend. Just a lovely stay!

Really nice neighborhood feel. Wonderful breakfast and very hospitable host. The bed was very comfortable. No elevator so lots of stairs if you’re on the top floor. This may be common however in the older Venice buildings.

B&B was beautiful with an appropriate Venison interior, it was super clean, delicious breakfast every morning and very friendly and attentive staff. Quiet location with many great restaurants in the vicinity. See above

Breakfast was outstanding!! Staff went above and beyond to be helpful and were so kind. Gal at front desk even offered to lend us her electrical adapter from home to accommodate our needs; wow! ? very impressed! Hmmm…. Im at a loss.

The room was pretty with a cute patio. The safe was kind and friendly.
