The staff was amazingly helpful. The place was beautifully decorated, authentic to its Venetian heritage. Location was close to everything while being quiet.

Great for resting, the room was silent and dark, AC was great in the heat, bed was comfy and everything was clean. The staff was nice and helpful.

The stairs in the room were very unstable !

Some of the classical touches Gaudy decor

It was situated in an area close to all the tourist sights. They have a nice boat ride around the entire island of Venice available at an extra cost. We had to take luggage up stairs. It also didn’t have air conditioning.

The location was great, Mark was super helpful and went above and beyond, and the room was very beautiful and comfortable.

The location was perfect and very convenient to get around. Arriving while the front desk is occupied is good, as we met up with a welcoming greeting and a friendly smile, help with the luggage and useful information for first time visitors. WhatsApp updates were also good and made communication very easy off hours. The room was very clean and specious for hotels in Venice and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and would likely choose it again when returning. Nothing. There is no lift and it is clearly stated but people need to be aware if they have any issues going up and down stairs.

The inside of the building g was beautiful. Beautiful chandeliers,, mirrored armoires and lots of beautiful details. There was lots of hot water for showers. It was sparking clean and communication was super easy and questions were answered quickly and on multiple platforms. Our original flight was cancelled at the last minute and the front desk staff made sure that all was ready for us on our new arrival day. The beds were a little hard. We could have used 2 more pillows but I know this is a personal preference so if you like firm beds, you will be happy!

The staff was extremely helpful! They gave great recommendations on the easiest ways to get around and the best restaurants to go to! They even booked our reservation for dinner for us! I’ve never had a place be so helpful with planning our trip.

Great value for a typical venitian stay in a quite hidden street close to everything ?

The decor was great, very elegant. Nothing not to like.

Ca’ dell’Arte was a tiny hidden gem in Venice. It had a Baroque decor complete with beautiful Murano glass. The Imperiale room felt very elegant and even had a bathtub (the first on our trip and it was CLEAN). About a 10 min walk from San Marco piazza. The staff was terrific about helping us stow and get our bags downstairs.

the staff!!! excellent, helpful, friendly staff was awesome

There were no windows for fresh air! The bed was up a flight of stairs that didn’t feel safe while climbing. There was only a big chandelier for light in the down stairs which made it bright in the bed room as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged a shared water taxi sunset cruise that was very nice. Marco told us what areas to avoid to not get ripped off as tourists. So helpful! The hotel was perfectly located close to a water bus stop and close to a nice plaza. Our room was uniquely decorated with a Victorian style. The bathroom was nice and modern and very clean. There was no elevator to get to our second floor room. The staff carried our luggage though. We couldn’t find the reception to check-in. It was on the second floor too! Perhaps a better sign?

Marco at reception was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is on a quiet street in a decent location. It is a easy walk to waterbus and restaurants. The suggested boat "tour", was a boat "ride" instead. I would have enjoyed if the guide would have talked about what we were seeing.
