Our stay at this super cute, historic hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional customer service from the entire staff. We were visiting for our honeymoon and had simply requested a room with a window if one happened to be available — and to our surprise, they upgraded us to a spectacular room overlooking the Grand Canal at no extra cost. They also kindly allowed us to use the hotel for an indoor photo session, which made our trip even more special. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with truly superb service, and the best coffee I had in Venice was served there. On our last day, they even welcomed us in before official breakfast hours because we had an early flight to the airport. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable and special. Great location with water taxis parking right upfront. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved. The room got really hot, although AC was set to 19"C or totally off. The only way to somehow cool it down was to open the window, but then mosquitoes started flying in...

Carpet was old and dirt. No coffee/tea pot

Incredible location and building with an incredible staff, all that you need to make your time in Venice they best stay you could ever get! Stunning art in stunning rooms, unbeatable!

Location and general look of the hotel We stayed in Ca’Sagredo hotel in room 405 from 19Jun2025 till 22Jun2025. Please consider this email message as a complaint about housekeeping service. We complained twice during our stay about black mold on the tiles around the bath tub and no action has been made. It’s not acceptable for the 5 star hotel to show inglorious attitude towards their guests.

The location, the basic infrastructure was very good The internet does not work at all!!!! The breakfast of 44 euro pp is absolute not al all worth the money All kind of little things like airco and shower pe do not work properly

It really looks like a Venetian palace. The suite was beautiful and spacious. I doesn't really feel like a palace. There is no way to make coffee in the room, and room service doesn't start until 8:00, so every morning at 7:00 I had to leave the hotel in search for coffee. And another important thing- if you charge €800 per night and you advertise that you have a fitness center, you should actually have one!

Great hotel in a beautiful building on the Grand Canal, close to the vaporetto stop Ca’ d’Oro (2 or 3 minute walk). Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice large room (deluxe double) with stylish furniture. A bit pricey but it was worth it. Nothing !

Location, quietness. My room - the size and terrace. The interior of hotel is like museum. Breakfast and helpfulness of staff. Nothing. All was good.

Nice big palazzo, great location, good beds. It is far far away from 5 stars. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned.
