Perfect location for us to rest, bartender (Francesco) and check in staff were excellent!
-
Clean and great staff. Quiet location but not too far from anything either.
-
Amazing amenities and breakfast A bit of a hog to Rialto or Piazza San Marco but good
-
The staff were incredibly accommodating and so friendly and warm.
-
There is a little bit smell of the room, maybe that’s normal in Venice
-
If was spotless the staff was friendly and helpful The shower floor was a bit slippery

Welcoming, staff behavior, cleanness, breakfast, room all the experiences we had were great. It was a real pleasure to stay there Nothing!!! All was perfect

The A/C was great, breakfast was delicious, and the staff saved us by arranging a private taxi to pick us up at the hotel for our early morning flight. This was a lifesaver, as we needed to be at the airport long before public transportation began for the day. Just a reminder that many European hotels mean a double *bed* when you select two beds, so confirm that detail before your stay.

Very friendly staff, nice location, very clean, great air-conditioning, great breakfast

Our first time in Venice and the staff was very helpful. Hotel was wonderful, the breakfast was great, and the location was just what we wanted which was away from the crowds. N/ A

Tony! The front desk staff made for an excellent stay in the city. They booked water taxis, tours, and recommended and booked restaurants for us. Quite a bit of mildew on the bathroom ceiling and with black glass top furniture, they needed to dust better. Overall felt very clean, but needed to go a little further in those details for 500 bucks a night.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great—which was a huge plus during the summer heat. The hotel bar was a fun place to relax after sightseeing, and the location was ideal. It was in a quieter part of Venice but still an easy walk or vaporetto ride to the main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing significant. We had a great stay and would happily return.

The neighborhood was quiet and less busy, beautiful, Wished rooms could have been closer together

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious (you pay separately for breakfast) and worth the cost. The hotel location was in a quiet and great location close to train station and water buses. I would definitely go back! N/a

Excellent!!

Spacious room and modern bathroom. Lovely area to walk around. No additional plugs in the suite area of the room

I have stayed here a few times, I love the location of the hotel. Its close enough to walk to translation but not in the busy section , its a dead end "street" with a market a several restaurants along the canal. The bathroom is awesome , great baths in the rooms I have stayed in. The breakfast at the hotel is always wonderful the champagne in your room is always a plus! I just love the whole experience while staying here. I have recommended it to several colleagues and friends. I like everything . I do prefer the canal view rooms over the side street . But it really doesn't matter because I don't spend much time in the room .

The property was fine with the check in staff and bar service excellent. Everyone was very personable. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We told the front desk 3 separate times. It was reset at the front desk and we were told to leave our key in the keypad in the room, which we did. However, the cleaning staff removed the key each time they cleaned the room. The air would then go off and we could not get it back on again so had to talk to front desk frequently. Breakfast was awful, dried out baked goods, items frequently not replenished and selection was poor.
