H10 Palazzo Canova

Exceptional location Concierge service - Iacolo (?) was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Emails were responded to immediately and they organized our private boat and walking tours. We loved all of them. Rooms immaculate, spacious (we had the deluxe), AC optimal! The menu could be expanded. We loved the main bartender but the extra help forgot our order when we sat outside and it was busy. They did make it right by giving us room service just after it closed :).

Room size and location

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff who were very courteous and helpful. The location is amazing, right next to the Rialto Bridge. The common areas and our room were clean and well designed. The breakfast was quite delicious with excellent variety and quality. I do not think I could identify a negative aspect to my stay.

Location was spectacular! Rooms were very nice.

The staff greeted us with and invited us to have a seat for checking in and offered a glass of prosecco. Then shared great suggestions and a map to enjoy the city. The room felt incredibly spotless, well furnished with everything we needed. It was beautiful as well. The rooftop bar was perfect for a drink and snacks. Expert cocktails. I slept so well at night. This stay felt effortless, refined and luxurious. I can’t think of anything that would make me reconsider staying here. It was spotless and modern and beautiful and comfortable. We were treated so well. And I could see other guests being treated similarly. Easily my favorite stay from our trip to Italy which included 4 cities.

The property was in a good location right on the canal. There were many places to eat and shop nearby. Our room and bed were so nice! The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Nothing

The hotel is in a wonderful location. It is truly at the center of the city so you can easily walk any where. It is very close to the vaporetto stop as well. The hotel is along the canal and there are many restaurants and the bustling crowds. The room was wonderful with excellent amenities and plush towels and bathrobes. The breakfast was in a lovely location and the selections were delicious and very varied. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel.

Perfect location. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. The rooftop bar has amazing views and fabulous cocktails. We had a suite with a pullout couch for our daughter, which was very comfortable. We had plenty of room and the set up aloud for privacy and the ability to get ready without waking up someone sleeping. Dock at the door provides ability for a taxi to and from the train station, airport, and anywhere else you need, including suitcases.

Clean. Upscale look. Nice breakfast. Staff helped with good dinner recommendations. (Kudos to Victor.) Rooftop bar served whiskey drink with virtually no whiskey. Spritzed on at delivery to table.

wifi could have been better

We had the best room with a little balcony, sitting room & 2 windows all overlooking the Grand Canal. It was perfect for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, breakfast plentiful & the staff so friendly & always helpful. Water taxi service & waiting gondolas right outside our door was extra special! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I researched countless hotels in Venice but this checked every box and exceeded my expectations ❤️ It was expensive and a bit noisy at times but worth the cost and a little noise for the canal side views!

Location Breakfast just so so.

The location is the best in Venice, but the rooms and staff are excellent as well! I stay at H10 every time I come to Venice. The rooftop terrace is amazing for a quick drink and the VIEW!! Simply stunning! Not a thing

The location of the hotel was wonderful. It so very central to all of the places we visited. We weren't prepared for the fact that the air conditioning was not available during our stay so the room was a bit stuffy. They gave us a fan, which helped a bit. We would definitely stay at H10 Palazzo Canova again. It would have been nice to know that central air conditioning is not available until the summer. We opened the window to let in fresh air but it was not ideal.
