The Junior Suit, with its spacious bathroom and the location. It was quite and easy to reach everything. Petit breakfast. But it has enough options to have a light breakfast.

A small and intimate hotel. Although it is not located in the center, the area is quiet and not crowded. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay especially pleasant. No elevator to the rooms.

Beautiful and quiet area Nothing

We arrived at the hotel after midnight and were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Our room was located on the first floor near the reception and next to the breakfast area, but there were two soundproof doors, so we didn’t hear any noise at all. The room itself was wonderful, cozy, and very comfortable, with hot water available even late at night. Breakfast had a very intimate and relaxing atmosphere, with pleasant music playing in the background. The hotel is located in a quieter area, yet still within walking distance of restaurants and the famous . Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. The only slight downside was getting to the hotel with luggage. Walking there without bags is very easy and pleasant, and the location itself is great, but carrying suitcases was a bit challenging because there are several bridges along the way.

Friendly staff, always ready to assist whenever we have questions. Excellent breakfast to start the day. Location of the hotel is a little difficult to find for an out of town visitors.

Fantastic property, very luxurious and very clean. The staff are extremely kind and helpful and will assist you with anything you might need. The breakfast is worth any extra fees. I highly recommend this location! Be warned, to have guests or visitors aside from anyone who is staying in your room/rooms, they must check-in at the front desk and provide their valid Italian ID, or passport for security purposes.

Great location, though about 16 minute walk from main public transit. Beautiful courtyard. My room got upgraded.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. The staff were helpful even when it came to storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Hotel location was great for us as well.

This hidden gem boutique hotel offered excellent service, great complimentary breakfast with espresso drinks along with great amenities.

Clean and cozy. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was a little difficult to locate. No signs or post around the area to show the location. The open areas around the hotel suppose to have signs on the floor or hanging to leads to the hotel. Google map shows me you have arrived while I was almost 450 feet’s away. It was confusing. That bathroom should have had a toothbrushes.

Very nice room and friendly staff. No lift (elevator). It’s a bit of a walk or water taxi to get there. (This is a Venice issue altogether)

Acca was very beautifully decorated and modern. We loved the accent chairs and bathroom, although shower is on the small side. The staff was impeccable. I left something in the states and had it shipped to the hotel and they were very hands on and was emailing and calling FedEx on my behalf. I’ve never had a hotel staff go out their way as much as they did. Great AC in the rooms when it was the hottest days of the year. And, is very close to a waterbus stop! Will definitely book again if I’m in town. Shower was on the small side.

This place was easy to find, in a great location and included a lovely free breakfast. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and I slept really well. I would go back!
