It is family run and the staff are exceptional. They also have their own private dock off the Grand Canal.

The Personal was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good. The room was very nice and clean. The Bath towels were not replaced.

The hotel was fantastic and I loved the decor & style. Lovely hotel bar, fabulous and super friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were very accomodating and really helpful The room could have benefitted from better lighting because it was quite dark even with all of the lights on.

The hotel was phenomenal! They were so kind and such nice people. The views from the grand canal were unreal ! I loved everything about this hotel

Great location - easy access by Private Water taxi which the hotel arranged for us upon my request once the reservation had been made. It was great to hop in the taxi t the airport and go straight to the hotel (30mins ride) It was 10-15mins away from the Rialto bridge and then another 10-15mins to St Mark's Square from the Rialto Bridge Lovely breakfast with fresh orange juice and variety of baked goods on the veranda. We even saw some Photo shoots taking place at the Palazzo next door each morning. The room was very modern, beautiful and large overlooking the Grand Canal. Nicoletta (the owner) was very nice and most helpful with any queries we had. She even arranged a complimentary visit to the Murano Glass factory by private water taxi. We made our own way back by public transport and stopped off at Burano. We had a beautiful lunch on Burano main street. Would definately recommend a visit to both islands. I would highly recommend this hotel.

location, Staff we paid extra to get a breakfast included room, but shockingly we were charged at the checkout because we had eggs! they said eggs were not included in your breakfast!! hahaha we paid extra to have a room with grand canal view, our view was nothing but the building opposite! when I complained, we were told that this is false advertisement by booking.com! okay then why did you charge us for it?? in the long list of room facilities, they listed iron, (very much needed travelling in summer)- we had to ask for it as it was not in the room, when they gave it to us they asked that we should return it ASAP so other guests can use it! so one iron and ironing board for the whole hotel! rooms don’t have fridge and electric kettle. they charge you for every single cup of tea that you order! Also, they said robe will be provided which was not! overall the worst hotel experience. love the location and staff but did not worth the money! it was equivalent of a two star!!
