The location is very good. The rooms are small but nice. The breakfast. For the price paid, this is not correct and what is expected for this kind of hotel.

Reception staff are super nice and helpful they helped me find a better room because mine was too small and noisy. They found a solution really fast and with no drama. Hotel decor can be more tasteful but overall it is a comfortable place as long as you are not in the basic room (where there is t even a coffee machine)

It was modern and the water taxi was right next to it making it very convenient if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. The room was a little compact, but nicely decorated.

The hotel and amenities are absolutely gorgeous! Everything felt elegant and thoughtfully designed. The staff was attentive and wonderful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Just one small heads-up: at check-in, they may hold your room a little longer than necessary, encouraging you to relax, eat, and enjoy a drink at the restaurant before handing over the room key. After a long international flight, you might just want to rest in your room first. Still, it was a lovely experience overall! I can't think of one thing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was great. It is located right on the Grand Canal, but not so close to the major tourist attractions that it feels overwhelming. Most tourist attractions were about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. If you would like to be close to attractions without being right in the center of it all, this is a great location. There is also food options and shopping nearby. Be sure to ask the receptionist for their local recommendations- they did not disappoint!
