Everything, amazing hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Beautiful room and nice views. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Location Loved the property

The staff were very helpful. No coffee machine in the room.

What an amazing location, on the Grand Canal, yet sufficiently far away from the crowds. A few steps away from La Fenice, the Venetian Opera House. Staff is amazing - could not ask for more.
-
Incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to see. And the staff was amazing. Great little bar. FANTASTIC breakfast every morning. Our room was very quiet and we were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves. Nothing.

Location was right on the canal. My room opened up to the grand canal. It was majestic and the most beautiful room I've ever stayed in. Barbara at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. As well as the bellman. He went above and beyond for me. It was perfect.

The entire guest experience was exceptional. The staff were so very communicative leading up to our stay, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We loved the views of the Grand Canale and the rooms were well-appointed and so spacious. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Aside from the property, being great, the absolute redeeming and best feature, was that it was located right at the vaporetto stop – 10 yards away. That was great when you were returning from a full day around Venice. Nothing

No air conditioning until summer months.

Beautiful / the room was perfect and the view “to die for” loved! Sorry that the garden was closed and under construction. It was disappointing not to be able to sit out there and write (I am an author/writer) Garden closed

They upgraded our room. There was a spacious living room in front of our room, and our room was very spacious and cute. The breakfast was delicious, they made cappuccino for us, and best of all, it was right next to the Vaporetto station, so it was convenient for transportation, and the canal view from the lobby was great. Towel warmer doesn’t work

Location was perfect and breakfast was very good. Property was nice, but our room had some real issues. Bathroom tub / shower leaked water from under the tub (major leak). No instruction for how the soaking tub worked and no help from front desk when I asked about it. Light fixture next to the bed was falling off the wall. No air conditioning as listed for the property. They are not allowed to use power for air conditioning till after May 1st. They changed our room when we got there, said it was an upgrade but had no balcony view ( which originally our room had).

The breakfast and bar were great, as was the location. Unfortunately our room was on the top floor right next to some very loud building works.

Our 2 nights in Venice were made extra special by staying here - our splurge nights. We were treated like royalty and made to feel special. Rooms were so comfortable and beautiful. Nothing not to like
-
Fabulous hotel location on the main canal . Our room was upgraded to a suite with a view over the canal and was stunning , with an amazingly comfortable bed. All the staff we met were so friendly and accommodating, but a special mention goes to David on the front desk , who went out of his way to make our stay more special. Nothing.
