Tiziano is generous with his knowledge, and very gracious. Stairs are a bit challenging for visitors with mobility issues.

The view from our balcony was beautiful. The room was decorated super cute and the host was really kind and helpful with city recommendations and carried our bags down the steep staircase and over the canal stairs. People downstairs on Saturday we’re going crazy over the World Cup and was a bit loud, but that might be a once a time thing.

Location was amazing. Hotel staff was very nice and provided great ideas to spend the day.

Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff member who met us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel gave free water, cookies, and coffee in the rooms. It’s right on the canal and a private water taxi can drop you off across from the hotel. You will need to cross a small bridge with your luggage. I would definitely stay here again. The beds were a little too firm for me as I prefer a soft mattress. Everything else was great.

The room was warm at night, but I’m not sure anything can be done given the very high temperature.

Very friendly and informative staff, great map of the city with excellent recommendations for local food and drinks, provided tips for travel and avoiding crowds, very clean room with great views, much quieter than expected, lots of small accommodations like slippers, Prosecco, coffee, bottled water, tea kettle. Easily accessible location from two vaporetto stops, close to airport taxi stop. Centrally located in the city.

No complaints! Amazing experience!
-
Great list of recommendations for area restaurants, cafes, etc. with a map indicating locations- very helpful and all recommendations were excellent. Good communication before and during our stay. This was our second time staying at the hotel and would stay here again! The bed cover in Room 2 was a bit worn and has a hole in it. The beds and pillows are firm!

I loved the location. The room was beautiful and I enjoyed the view of the canal and the huge windows. The staff is friendly, very helpful and welcoming. When we checked out our luggage was stored safely for us and we were able to use the bathroom to freshen up before our flight. I didn’t have any issues.

Location was great could get there by boat and short walk to everywhere. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable recommending local food and locations. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This property incredibly well located. Within a couple minutes of Rialto bridge, 7-8 minute walk to Piazza S Marco, close to great selection of bars and restaurants (to be fair most hotels in Venice are). Incredible value in the heart of Venice near the grand canal. The staff was very helpful and down to earth, multi-lingual, and just down right pleasant. They will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and memorable, without being overbearing. For fairly independent travellers they were perfect. We stayed in room 6: there is a large light for the alley below. You need to close the shutters to block out the light, otherwise it feels like the sun streaming in all night! There is literally nothing negative to stay. My only comment COULD be: if you are a traveller that requires constant attention at all times of the day, people to make restaurant reservations at the drop of a hat, or any other type of immediate concierge type of activities…I’m sure they would bend over backwards to make it happen. But I am not convinced it is in their natural wheelhouse to do so.

Away from the popular tourist areas but still located near excellent restaurants and transportation.

Gorgeous boutique hotel with excellent location, wonderful host and fantastic classically styled rooms. Very easy to find and access. Tiziano, our host, was so kind and adds so many little perks to the rooms (water, free prosecco, incredible recommendations and the best map of Venice in the city). Highly recommended!

Canal view and great location. Loud but it was exactly as expected. It did not bother us.
-
Having window view of canal came with some unwanted noise late at night or in the morning. Not a big deal, but if your a light sleeper, I wouldn't get a room on the canal. The curtains don't completely close, letting a sliver of light into the room. If you need a completely dark room, that could be a problem. My wife used a hair clip to fasten the curtains, which helped.

Stay in room 2 which overs a balcony over the canal! Quintessential Venice experience without breaking the bank. Titziano was an excellent host and gave great recommendations. The property was central to everything! Absolutely loved everything! The cleaning staff should have left more toilet paper by the end of our stay. Minor but important detail.

Extremely helpful staff. A little noisy on Saturday night from the restaurant downstairs.

The bed was comfortable. The location in the city was nice for us to access other activities and points of interest and away from the busiest of areas. Entry to the property was easy and secure. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind once we saw him on the day of our departure. He was also responsive to our messages. Luggage storage was offered after checkout so we could more easily continue to enjoy the city on the day of our departure. Air conditioning was listed as an amenity, but it is not available in the room. We were able to open the windows to cool down the room to our liking, until the smell of cigarette smoke came in from outside. The noise from the restaurants below continued until 11:00 PM, but after then it was silent and we slept well. We did not see any hotel staff until our third day. The staff person apologized profusely that his colleague was not there on Saturday or Sunday, so I think the absence was unexpected.

Property was a bit hard to find but a great location. Nothing

The hotel manager Tiziano made our stay fantastic. He made a guide map outlining the best routes to tour the city and see the best sights, and also marked his favorite restaurants and cafes on the island. He was very kind, helpful, and hospitable. Plus the canal view from the room allowed us to wake up and peer out into the canal first thing in the morning.
