Hotel Al Vagon

Rooms were quiet ( we were in adjacent building to the reception) , very clean , air conditioned. Lovely decor! All was good

Clean room, helpful staff. Nothing special, but comfortable, AC, and great location! It was very nice to have a room on the canal!

There is no canal view. The nightly rate is expensive compared to the value it provides.

Great location! Close to shops and restaurants! The hotel has a restaurant that overlooks the canal. The hotel room is authentic and very clean. The bathroom is also very clean and has been renovated. The gentleman who greeted us when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was friendly and cleaned our room very well. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Hotel Al Vagon for a pleasant stay! Nothing. Everything was perfect!

It's an old building, but very clean. The furniture was dated, but attractive in an old-fashioned way. It was a little scary the first night when we arrived after dark. The entrance is in a dark alley.

Location is excellent, a bit noisy but all went quite after midnight. Room is confortable and clean, staff friendly and met my requests.

The walls were quite thin so you can hear the other guests.

The room was smaller, but had everything we needed for one night! I think if we had been staying for more than the one night, we would have wanted something larger. Check-in was easy and everyone was super friendly. The room was clean. Part of the reason we booked here was because the decor was more old world. The location was great and very close to the Rialto stop. I think this must be a European thing, but the pillows were a bit thin. This wasn't an issue though as it was just the one night and we were exhausted from traveling! This would not stop me from booking here again.

There was a person at the desk for most of the day.

The staff were wonderful and the room was serviced daily. It was a great location and easy to get to and from the train station. Would definitely recommend

The hotel was great but the wifi was absolutely terrible, it wouldn't even load a simple google search, I needed to complete more travel plannign and had to walk down the street to a cafe.

The location was great. The desk receptionist was nice. The room was very clean and the the bed was good. The room was very small! No place for luggage. The pillows were very hard.
