Terrible room. No toilet paper. Very noisy old AC unit. Wheezy and grinding all night!

The room was very cozy and comfortable for me and my friend to stay in for a night. The breakfast in the morning was amazing with so many options and a great view of a canal from a big window. Hotel was in a central spot in Venice but it wasn't super hard to find once we figured out the path there. The only thing I would say I didn't like was how small the bathroom was. I am a tall person and there was not even a foot of room between the wall and the toliet. Had to sit sideways or use the shared bathroom in the hall. But the shower and water pressure were good.

The location was good and the breakfast was excellent Our room, number 306, needed a lot of work… Especially in the bathroom. There was no shower door or shower curtain, much of the grout for the tiles was missing, the glass shelf over the sink was not attached to the bar underneath and fell 2 times and the shelving in the shower was missing. Thank goodness our third roommate did not make the trip because there was barely enough room for two people in this room. There was definitely no room to put luggage. We had to use one of the twin beds to open our suitcases. Our second room number 307, had feces on the towel. This room had a comfortable amount of space. No elevator, which they make clear, but there was also no offer of assistance to get luggage up the approximately 40 steps to our rooms.

Great location and the staff was really friendly. Great breakfast. Great AC. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Rooms smaller than expected based on the pictures. They don’t have an elevator but wasn’t surprising for being in the old part of Venice.

Breakfast room on canal was cool to watch gondolas go by through the window. Location in the heart of things Bit old and dingy rooms but all you need. Rooftop under construction.

The location was fantastic! It was small and a little dated. The bathroom sink had a hole in it and was filled with caulk to patch it up. It was not the cleanest of rooms.

There is no elevator

Lovely breakfast (coffee was decent, lots of sweet and a few savory options) and an ideal location - the room was warm, clean and cheerful - a little small, but for the price and for such a central location I wouldn't have expected any larger! Quirky and interesting room too with lovely fabric curtains. The room was a little tired, so perhaps could do with an update and the bed was a little too firm for our liking, but this didn't get in the way of sleep or ruin the experience at all. Also, the temperature of the room was occasionally too warm and the aircon wasn't overly helpful.

Location is great. 2 minutes and you are in Rialto, 5-7 minutes and you will reach Piazza San Marco. Breakfast is good. The room was narrow but the bed and towels very clean. It was useful that after check out we were able to leave luggage at hotel. The room was narrow and there were mosquitoes.

The breakfast was adequate and the location was good. Room was very old, the mattress was terrible, didn’t sleep all night, the ac was very loud.

Bathroom was always flooding quite annoying! Toilet seat was broken, at-least they fixed it quickly .

Breakfast was pretty basic but ok overall.

Just okay

Left my clothes in the hotel but didn’t get contacted afterwards. Certain staff wasn’t very nice.

The hotel is reasonably priced (for Venice). It has excellent location, excellent breakfast and good facility. Could use a bit of a refresh on the interior design.
