Amazing Location, the staff were so lovely, we would return and recommend to friends Nothing to complain about.

loved hearing the sounds of the city when i opened my window loved that it was in a prime location to explore Venice coffee machine was broken and there was no accommodation for it

Excellent Location Staff helpful Terrace not really enjoyable as roof tops of other houses was the view we had....nothing really nice.

The location is wonderful, right by StMarcs and loads of restaurants and independent shops. Our room was lovely with a roof terrace overlooking the Goge palace. Stunning ? The receptionist (sorry I'm terrible with names) was so helpful taking time to point out all the places of interest and how to get there and back, and her English was perfect unlike my Italian! No pad points at all.

Staff Breakfast

The location was absolutely brilliant. You are a short walk from St Marks Square and all the attractions. The water taxi and ferry stop is on your door step. A really great way to see the city right there in front of you The room was very basic for the price we paid. Check in was on the first floor and there was no lift so we had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs to check in. Breakfast was not included and because you are in the main tourist area, all the prices for food and drinks was inflated.

The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect That there wasn’t any microwave available or anyway to reheat food

Great location! Small room, and very noisy neighbors at nighttime.

Location was amazing. The bathroom was nice and very clean. The room had a porch which was lovely. Also they let us check-in early (around 11:30am), which was appreciated since we had just come from the airport. No major complaints. My one very minor thing is that I wasn't crazy about the room A/C turning off the instant you turned the knob for the porch door. They did have a sign on the door about this, and I understand that some people probably waste A/C by leaving the door open. But maybe it could turn off after 60 seconds instead of instantly in case you are just going out briefly to check the weather on the porch or something :)

The smell, but i guess it comes with living in the city

We loved everything about our stay here -- the location, the cleanliness, the guides and tours in the lobby, the man working also was so friendly and safeguarded our luggage on our last day. The room was charming and we were so happy to also have a lovely view of the roof of the St Mark's Tower etc. n/a

Great location just off the grande canal and close to Piazza San Marco. Room quite small but large terrace offset the room size.

Centrally located and within easy walking to the Plaza de San Marcos

Stairs up to first level off street but they do have an elevator to rooms. And staff do help bring your luggage up and down stairs.

The room had air conditioning.

We will definitely return to Venice, and without a doubt, we will stay at the same hotel again. Highly recommended! I Loved everything and Isabella she’s the best
