Great location. Quiet. Helpful staff

The staff are very good, communicative and reliable. They’re very helpful, assisting with storing luggage if needed and supporting with suitcases up the stairs since there’s no elevator. Very small and not properly aired. No elevator. Very small bathroom. It can get noisy at night although it’s in a seemingly quiet alley. Not good value for money.

Rude front desk. Stay away.

Cozy / Clean / Cool (great a/c) nothing

The AC worked incredibly well, the wifi worked great, the room was clean and comfortable (with towels, instant coffee and tea), there was a water fountain in the lobby you could fill water from. Good location, close to lots of sights, but far enough to still be quiet. Front desk was very helpful getting our luggage from the airport when it was delayed. Very detailed instructions on how to get from the airport to the property.

The breakfast was simple and tasty. They brought us a basket of wonderful pastries with plenty of choices. It was well worth it! The staff at the front desk was very helpful when we had a transportation issue.

We were confused about how to get to the hotel from the vaporetto stop, but the staff did try to eliminate as much confusion as possible by sending video and direction.

mini fridge didn't work. the beach? maybe you're referencing a different location?

Close to Ferries and walkable to the historic sites! Had a nice little fridge to keep beverages cold ! I wish they offered a piece of fresh fruit in the breakfast.

-Good location, close to vaporetto stations and restaurants -Staff provided clear communication on directions and access prior to arrival -Some old characteristics in the room (duct tape in bathtub, handle on bathroom window would fall off, closet doors wouldn't close properly, door lock was too close to the side of the door and hard to unlock) -Not possible to change the temperature in the room despite what one employee told us. The A/C unit would only blow hot air, we were told it was on "winter mode" despite it being 20 degrees outside every day and the room being hot. Couldn't keep the window open in the room because of the placement of the TV on the wall. -Lack of outlets near the bed

Everything I needed. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Exactly as advertised. Wasn't expecting my own balcony, so that was a plus. Would recommend for a short stay. It met all my expectations.

Decent hotel, excellent location. Appreciated the free drinking water. Bathroom /shower was a bit crowded and maybe not the best design, but usable.

Everything was fantastic! It is a beautiful and quiet place, clean and nice. Fantastic! I highly reccomend it!

Good location, reasonably priced, super friendly staff. The room was perfect- clean, adjoining bathroom, A/C, coffee pot and refrigerator. I really liked that they had a Culligan water system that dispensed natural or sparkling water for guests. I have complaints. There is no lifts but I didn’t mind the stairs.
