It was hot in Venice but our room was cool! The decor was vibe-y. It was very near but not directly on the central square so catching a taxi was easy.

We loved the view from our window overlooking both sides of the canal! The location was convenient for being closer to the train station. The staff was very friendly at check in and throughout our stay. Very comfortable and nice place to stay!

Location near the train and bus to the airport was perfect for a one night stay arriving on a flight later in the evening.

The foam Pillows sucked. Please replace them with good old fashioned down pillows

The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes from the train station. The bathroom was beautiful and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The only baby complaint would be the beds, We had two little twin beds and the highest point was the middle.

The location was super convenient to the central station and the Santa Croce car rental location. It was clean, large room, and very comfortable. It was a little noisy and because the Italian government had a prohibition on using A/C until June 1, open windows was the only option. This isn’t the property’s fault.

The location, friendly staff, breakfast included was very good, restaurant right outside of lobby. Sometimes the noise from the restaurant area can be a little loud at night.
