Clean and had all necessary amenities. Air conditioning was very good. Wi fi good. Shower was a little small and showerhead hard to control but still good. Property was a bit over 10 minutes to the ferry but still walkable. Room was a bit small and shower head hard to control.

Location was great and in a very interesting historical building. Quite area close to vaporetto station, pedestrian street and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room. Not too much to say. Small details like slow elevator

Loud crowd on our first night but not the hotel fault

Room was big and clean. Breakfast was delicious with various different items - perfect!! Also the hotel is located in a very charming and super cozy town Lido! I enjoyed walking in there. Everything was good, except the location - too far and expensive to get Venice. Also, small comment: to have in the room a coffee maker and kettle to get a hot tea with all appropriate supply (coffee, tea, sugar etc.)

Location was great-close to everything in Lido. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Air conditioning worked great!! Room was a little small with limited storage space.

Parking is in the yard of the hotel, but you will need to leave the keys at the reception for them to move cars due to very small parking area. However, plenty parking slots in the street nearby that do not require moving and cost 8 eur per day.

The mosquitos in the night:) one night I slept with the windows open and some mosquitos entered and buzzed all night. The walls are not very well sound isolated and you can hear the people walking from the above floor. But these were not big issues from my side.

Location perfect, overlooking a canal. In a nice residential area with beautiful homes. Terrace with awning faced west so, best enjoyed in the morning and after sunset. Nice breakfast every morning with granola and yogurt. Ac was comfortable. The hotel has bikes, but the charge was too high. We rented from another dealer for less and the bikes were in better shape. This would be a super plus feature if offered at a good rate, like 5 euros/ day. We biked all over Lido and it was delightful. We stored sandwiches for our travel day in the refrigerator which was quite warm. No dial for adjusting it. We had to discard them. Overpriced bike rental.

The hotel was beautiful, and the room was spacious and super, super clean, with comfortable beds. Located in minutes from the vaporetto stop, I had easy access to everything. The staff were all very kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to make your stay easier ? . All hotel areas were taken good care of and were very clean.The breakfast had good variety . A really memorable stay and a very, very happy customer I have nothing to say in this Everything was working perfectly

Friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast helped us plan the day better. Parking on-site gave us peace of mind Our room.didnt have black.out curtains. Up every day with the sun at around 5am and then struggling to get back.to sleep.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! Very friendly and helpful staff, peaceful and safe location, and great connection to Venice’s main attractions – just a short vaporetto ride to St. Mark’s Square. The hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable. A perfect place to relax away from the crowds but still close to everything. Would definitely stay again!
