They have this secret balcony directly to the canals, amazing for breakfast or afternoon coffee. Good variety of food at breakfast. Staff are extremely helpful. Last note is the lift mostly not available in hotels in Venice. Nothing

It was a great location. I would stay there again. I like the tea and coffee in the room and it was such a good breakfast and location. There was some hair in the bed. It could’ve been a little bit Cleaner.

Terrific room, sufficient space for two travelling companions (really very good given location), great bathroom facilities. Warm (possibly a little too warm), lots of sockets and useful lifts. Cleaning staff excellent and pillows changed every day. Breakfast exceptional with a lot of home baking and fab choices. Staff really welcoming and helpful Not really a complaint, but when we arrived the room was really a little too warm which was really wasting energy (for example heated towel rail was full on). We had to turn heating down everywhere to avoid overheating at night.

The location is great and walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, and major attractions like the Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s Square, Doge’s Palace, and gondolas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room had a window that opened to view the gondolas and a small bridge. The buffet breakfast has an extensive variety of delicious food as well as good coffee

The location was fantastic and the staff were incredibly helpful. We were right on a canal and could watch the gondolas cruise by. Breakfast was good. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. It was an oasis in the middle of the crowded chaos of Venice The beds should be updated. They were lumpy. The sofa bed especially. And the shower needs better water pressure and a no slip mat

Nice hotel in great location - staff were very friendly & helpful. breakfast room was small and crowded but the food was good and plentiful. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the shower was very difficult to deal with. It took forever to get hot water, and you only had the choice of a handheld nozzle that wouldn't attach to the wall receptacle so you could use it hands free for washing your hair. The tub was very deep and made it hard and a bit dangerous to get in and out of. both my daughter and I slipped getting out of the shower. They need to put rubber mats or non-skid treading in the tub. The lighting needs to be improved and our lamp needed replaced. Our kettle in the room was wonderful and made good coffee to start they day.

Outstanding hotel. Rooms are quite spacious for this part of Venice. A/C worked perfectly and was even freezing if needed. Very clean and comfortable room with all amenities. Good prices in the minibar and in the main bar, downside. Awesome breakfasts with delicious food, good coffee, and lots of options. A beautiful outside lounge for two on the canal with views of gondolas passing by. Friendly and welcoming staff are always ready to help. Very convenient location right in the city center near San Marco square, so everything is quickly accessible on foot. A small grocery store is nearby, and a big SPAR is a 3-minute walk away. The possibility to leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out is very convenient for tourists like us. Definitely recommend, 10/10, surpassed our expectations.

The location between San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge was great. This was a nice hotel with a pretty lobby to hang out in, a good breakfast, and large comfortable rooms. Staff was helpful.
