Location is magnificent. On the water, away from the crowds. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Will return.

Wonderful location just 10 min away from San Marco Square. Hotel with history and beautiful details in rooms and dining area, marine theme inspired, slightly old, but very charming. Amazing views onto lagoon and the sunset. Wonderful breakfast, which you can also enjoy outside. The staff was very kind and helpful. Steps away from Arsenale Biennale exhibition and a short walk to Giardini. Easy to get there from the airport with a boat - the Arsenale stop is 2 minutes away. If you want a more calm placement in the city yet still be in the center - this could’t be a better option. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Great view of the city. Private terrace adjoining room 501. Planter boxes on the private terrace were nice but blocked your view of the city when sitting.

The location was in the quieter part of Venice; yet still a walkable distance to the main plaza area. Nothing! I loved everything about the hotel.

Everything was just wonderful. Staff were great, view from our room was fantastic. Hotel has old world charm with keys left at reception. Breakfast that was included was superb. Nothing

Location and staff are excellent. Location convenient to the water buses yet quiet for sleeping Staff very helpful answering questions concerning where to eat, water bus timetables, etc Only downside is the breakfast. Eggs whether scrambled or hard boiled were fine but boring toast and hard rolls. Only ham no turkey. Didn’t replenish the strawberries. Lots of rich cakes - not the healthiest of choices

Being sick

Location was fabulous for a quiet night sleep and easy on & off the Vaporetto. The staff was absolutely incredible and the owner was kind and interactive. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very well “stocked”

Location was perfect and close to a vaporetto stop. The view of the Venice lagoon was excellent and the room tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely room overlooking the water. Everything was to our liking

Location is excellent beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent. Very attentive the staff anything you need. I was taken back with size of room thought it was larger in pictures on line….But it was ok lovely hotel. I would come back. The room was tight. While walking around bed.

We had a wonderful stay, especially due to fantastic staff, in the front desk, and all service areas. All of the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, incredibly helpful with recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and in general any question. The breakfast was excellent quality and again hosted by very friendly staff. The location was excellent, a short walk from st marco square but distant enough to enjoy quietness. Strongly recommend to get a room with view - you won't need to go anywhere to see the sunset or moon night! We will be back. nothing
